This is the worst Storage Facility I’ve ever been to. Honestly, nothing about this place is redeeming… The Customer Service? There is none! Unless you consider Customer Service being rushed around the property, rudely, and being spoken down too like you’re some kind of unintelligent peon being given the«privilege» of using the Manager’s storage facility. Speaking of which, the Manager needs to get off her high horse! This is not HER facility. She doesn’t own it! She acts like it’s her personal domain and you’re coming to encroach upon it and the only thing that makes it somewhat OK is the fact that you’re paying… it’s a ludicrous attitude to have when you’re in the Service Industry. You don’t have to be a slave, but at least be nice! Hell, just pretend! After I’m gone, you can think that I was the biggest piece of human s*** you’ve ever met! After I leave, if she said to herself in private: «Stupid f***! How dare you come in here to politely store your things and ask a few questions! Making me move my body to benefit someone other than myself… F***ER!»…I would’t care. Because she, at that point, is only making herself upset. I would go on thinking that she was a rather quiet individual and maybe had some personal issue and I might even appreciate that she would not take it out on me. Instead, I’m writing a crappy review for her, her assistant(who is either lazy or an A-hole, can’t decide) and the way the place is maintained… or the lack thereof. So there is my rant. Sorry I couldn’t be of better assistance to thoroughly explain everything here and what to expect, but I can say that you should save your money and take it elsewhere… like the fine folks over at Cube Smart Self-Storage…they’re kinda slow, old and it’s an outdoor place… but they are POLITE. And price ain’t terrible either. Also, they don’t trick you with that $ 1BS. SOURCE: Been an unsatisfied customer for the last 4 months.

Public Storage has poor business practices. I have been in this unit less than 6 months. I asked when I acquired the unit, how soon before the rent goes up? The clerk didn’t have an answer. I have an answer now. It will go up $ 23.00. I called the number provided to Customer Service to inquire about the increase. They provided no recourse. The solution was pay or remove your belongings. I can see an increase after a year, but less than 6 months is unacceptable. Especially after I asked before I moved my things there. I will be finding another storage facility soon.

The absolute worst. We have been there 3 months and now all of our belonging have mold. I was told by the manager that he told the builder and corporate of the issue with the first floor getting no ventilation and that is stays humid. He’s words«it’s a hot box down here»…and yet the District Manager says that public storage will do nothing and if I change units I’ll have to pay extra… way to to go on the customer service.

Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing considering I got in on a Memorial Day special. I saved over two thirds of what Cube Storage was charging. Clean, new facility.
