Pepperoni’s Pizza

I visited this establishment today, as I have done frequently. Today, the restaurant was filthy, but I still decided to order based on the quality food I have received many times before. I figured it was just a bad day, and I was right! I ordered my usual salad and when I got home, I found a long disgusting hair in it! I was extremely sick when I noticed it. I returned to the establishment and did not receive any help from the manager and was just blown off! Never Again!!!

I would not recommend going to this establishment over other options, but if you want to try something new, this will suffice. The pizza comes out fresh and is easily the best thing on the menu. Do not get the gyro. It was crunchy and clearly from a package.

My wife and I stopped by here last weekend on our way out of town for a quick lunch. She had the Greek salad that she said was good. We split a medium pepperoni pizza. It was decent pizza, but nothing to right home about. I think we will try Pepperonis again for delivery to give it a fair judgement. Our meal was pretty good.

The food is very good I like the lasagna the best tried the Alfredo chicken no taste. Love the garlic bread. The rum cake was okay I’ve had better.

I’m so sick of this place messing up orders. Loyal customers for 10+ years even after they moved to Greatwood. Sick of their careless attitude and poor treatment of customers. This is it. They don’t care about any customers so we are done as a family. Screw them and their pothead employees.

Love the pizza, HATE the service at Greatwood store. Always an error, issue, etc. Not worth the drama. Gratefully, there are other pizza options in the neighborhood.

I love me some Pepperoni’s Pizza! Always fast speedy delivery. The pizza is always hot, delicious, and just the way I order it. They have an excellent variety of pizzas, fresh salads, tasty gyros and great toppings. Definitely one of my favorite pizza joints!

We visit pepperonis occasionally for lunch and I have to say the reason for the 2 stars are not for the quality of the food. The food is not bad at all… especially for lunch, but the girl at the counter makes me not want to go back.
I’ve eaten there before and know I like their salads… with my salads I like extra vinegar…(forgive me). I made the mistake of asking the young lady at the counter for a side of vinegar and she quickly answered «we don’t have vinegar». I said ok… knowing they carry vinegar because Ive ordered it before with no problems (not with her).
Today I ordered an Italian sub… my co worker the same while ordering our food the young lady was nodding her head as if we were bothering her. We paid… she did not bother to give us the change back. and we decided not to say anything. I worked up the nerve to ask for the forbidden vinegar again and she said quite abruptly «we have but I don’t know where it is». So I then pointed to the kitchen and said maybe they know”…again she repeated herself… i suggested she ask someone from the kitchen. Needless to say I got my vinegar… but it sure wasnt pleasant.
Im willing to give them one more try only because the food is good and its convenient. If that girl does not work on her customer service skills… I will not go back.

below average at best The amount of cheese compared to everything else didn’t make sense. Add in the fact that the delivery took over 1 hour on a weekday night.

Ordered here after not eating here for years.
Pros: Online ordering and payment
Pizza and toppings are good quality, you can tell their pizza dough is better than most
Desserts (chocolate cake was my choice) pretty good
Delivery time was spot on with what is promised
Cons: chicken wings are not worth your time and money, taste the same if not worse than frozen grocery store ones.
2.00 delivery fee aside from tip, understandable but service inside the place is usually sub-​par to bad
Pizza can get pricey really quick once you order above the personal size
Conclusion, if you are tired of the big three (Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s) and need a change once in a while, it works but not as regular pizza fix

My husband and I order delivery from here whenever we just don’t feel like cooking after work. They have a pretty wide selection, they’re quick and pleasant, and they’re food is solidly good. I really like the chicken pesto pizza. I’m glad to have them in the neighborhood.

It’s Texas… a land not known for pizza, but this was surprisingly good! Loved the sauce and the fact that they had ricotta as an option. My only suggestion is to slice up Italian sausage and use that instead of the little sausage balls currently served.

The food is not bad but not great. The prices are rather high for some items. The girl at the front is never pleasant and in fact is rude. I don’t mind the prices at all if the food is consistent and the employees are nice. It really makes you not want to eat there when the front person is SO unhappy every time you go in the place! The worst choice for greeting or having any interaction with customers! Why is she there???

THIS PLACE REALLY DESERVES ONE STAR. Really disappointed with this pizzeria. They had a deal for a large one topping pizza, we ordered three pepperoni and one mushroom and had them delivered for an additional $ 2, not bad. Took the guy 45 minutes to deliver and apologized for the wait and that’s were the extra star came from. I opened up the boxes to find our pepperoni pizzas had about 7 — 9 pepperonis on top! These are not those large size pepperoni that some pizza places have. SHAME ON YOU. I will never order from this stingy pizza dump again because this is the second time this has occured. I was going to take a picture, but kids were excited when the door bell rang and were ready to eat.

The pizza could be described as marginally better than fast food at best. Everything about the meal was pretty disappointing, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say it was disgusting. Hence the two stars rather than one.

We ordered pick up from this place the other day and its kinda a sad place now… there wasn’t a single customer in there and the staff was just sitting around, I know that this place is part of a chain but it sure seems like this one is going downhill. The pizza isn’t bad. I don’t think it’s better than a frozen pizza u get at the store though. We believe that they use the same amount of dough no mater which size you order. My median pizza had a huge crust while my parents large barely had any. I think they need to try something new at this location or it may end up closing. Unless they are making a lot of money on delivery.

Go here every time I visit my sister. My mom loves their lasagna and garlic bread, but I usually split a pizza with my nephew. Maybe it’s because they’re regulars, but we always get excellent service here.
Got a free drink with meal for checking in.

Won’t be back again.
The pizza itself is normally great (at other locations), while more expensive than most, it is worth it… but the service makes it sad and when you have had bad service, the food doesn’t taste as good anymore.
The woman (name on ticket Al… a) who takes care of register has horrible personality and like my son commented: I wonder why she hates it (to be there).
They have a sign to the left of the register, asking the employees to not forget to «Thank the customer” – I guess they know their employees… and yet, I didn’t hear that they were glad that I was there, nor a thank you – they must not need the business.

I have been going there for years because I liked the pizza and the young folks working there were alway nice. I previously would go a couple times a month. Then once a month. Then every few months. Now I just have to quit going at all. It is all about the terrible service from one person. The gal that is behind the counter during the day most of the time has less personality thant the pizza. Besides being sloppy she is curt at best though she usually says NOTHING at all when she takes your order and then drops, and I mean DROPS your food on the table. She walks around with a scowl on her face and looks like she hates being there. I guess she wants the customers to hate being there too!
Yesterday was the last straw. I ordered a personal pizza with a salad. The walnuts on the salad were bordering on being burnt. It was dropped on the table with no comment. Then the pizza arrived and it was undercooked (dropped, not set down of course). When I took it back to the counter and told her, she took it without saying a word and later returned the pizza, the same pizza with a bite missing, now cooked a bit more but still not where it should be. Did she say sorry it was not right, or is it OK now, or anything else? Of course not. Just DROPPED it on the table and shuffled off.
So now you can get crappy pizza to go with crappy service. I am sure her being there has infected the whole staff causing the poor performacne in the kitchen. I do know I mentioned her behavior to one of the other counter people on an evening when she was not there. The young lady rolled here eyes and said they hear about her all the time and have passed the information up the line.
I cannot conceive of having someone like this rerpesent your business (family member maybe?).
P. S. I would have contacted the home office about this but there is no contact info on their site. Guess they prefer not to hear from customers or in this case a former customer.

There pizza is so much better than the big pizza companies. We order from them all the time and have never been disappointed. The kids always want to order their pizza & wings and my wife enjoys their salads. You get in get out and the order had always been right.
