They have a huge selection of clothes and other baby stuff at decent prices. Some of it is super cheap and some seems overpriced… Hard to determine any rhyme or reason to pricing decisions. They also don’t offer much at all to purchase your items. The staff is never friendly and always stand around gossiping while tagging clothing in. I’ve also seen stains on some items on racks in the past.

Every time I shop here I experience the worst customer service. The employees are always rude and seem to feel really inconvenienced by their customers. I recently tried to sell several large bins of clothes. I had washed and sorted all of the clothes. Disposed of any clothes that were not in like new shape. The majority of the clothes were high end brands like Gap, Janie and Jack, Hannah Andersson, Boden. There were some Carter’s items as well since I knew they typically sell a lot of this brand. The first time I dropped off the bins they told me they were getting ready to have a big sale and not taking any items. I called back after the sale and they said they were now taking all items. I dropped the bins and said that I would kill some time. They told me they would call when they were ready. I spent a couple hours wandering waiting for my call. I dropped back in to check on it and they rudely told me they weren’t taking any items as the bins smelled like storage. I was so frustrated that I spent hours of my day when they could have called me to let me know. I was also shocked as everything was clean and freshly laundered. I donated everything to CHKD Thrift store as I know they could make far better use of my things than Once upon a Child. I will not be back. The quality of items have really gone down hill. And the already rude service has gotten even worse if that is possible.

These people basically rip people off for a living. I wouldn’t bother selling to them, you get pennies for the things you bring in no matter what it is. They price items they want to buy from you how they want. I sold somethings yesterday and the rude girl handling my items didn’t even use the computer to enter my items she wrote them on a sheet of paper. They don’t use the value button in this store. I will not be returning to this location. Go to Plato’s closet to sell your goods they actually give what your items are actually worth.

Lots of cute baby clothes in great shape. There are many name brand clothes for great prices. We got five or six outfits/dresses for $ 25.

Don’t waste your time like I did hauling all of your stuff in good condition here. They hardly accepted anything and I waited hours to have them look through everything only to get back $ 8.

It’s not my first choice for kids clothing mainly because there is .much. I get overwhelmed when there are just racks and racks of clothes packed in so tight you can barely get a good look at anything. I do like this place for other children’s items: strollers, bouncy seats, toys, books, etc. I had my first consigning experience just last week when I took a bin of about 30 different items(all clothes) to try to sell. The clothes I was selling were in fair to very good condition and my original plan was to take them to Good Will but thought I’d give Once Upon a Child a shot. They ended up taking probably less than half but gave me almost $ 25. I felt like that was pretty good for not planning on selling these clothes in the first place. And frankly, I feel like they could get away with being a lot more picky about what they take. My favorite children’s consignment store is very picky and that’s why it’s my favorite: they have the nicest clothes and cutest, most stylish brands(AND they have great selection but the racks aren’t so jam packed that you can’t see everything fairly easily).
