They SUCK, suck suck suck badly. Customer service is horrible every time I go into the store I feel like I’m going into prison not one happy face. There over price for no good reason they charge you like there service is compatible to Verison 0_​o wtf you’ll have a much better connection with one of Walmart walkie talkies, that’s how bad there phone service is. Over the phone tech support will not help you either. I’m going to T mobile

Average Ntelos store. Sales staff friendly. Cleanliness of store is okay. Has 2 kiosks here to pay your bill as well.

Intelos what can I say? The only thing I can say is epic fail. The saleswoman was so busy telling me what I was doing wrong that caused my trouble with the phone, that she didn’t even listen to the trouble. I think she was new, but no excuse for having a problem with listening. After getting nowhere I called the 611 customer service line from my cell and talked to a technician who took me step by step with test to try to resolve my issue. Even though he couldn’t help me he saw that there was a problem and assisted me. I did get the problem resolved by going home and redoing the steps he instructed me to do. I won’t go back to Intelos laburnum ave again, no need to waste time, with someone who seems to know more than you, but is no help with resolving customer issues.
