Although the services were great, and the prices for said services were exceptional, the female receptionist lacks professionalism (Jessica, or Jossica?) and brings this company down to 3 stars.
She was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called to tell her the name was wrong on the invoice, and that it needed additional information on it in order for it to be paid, her response was «Uhm well that’s the name she gave us.» Really? You think I’d spell my own name wrong? Or could it be possible that YOU misheard me?
Then on top of that she had the audacity to add «I don’t know why they didn’t just give that information in the first place.»
If I were running a business I’d get someone who possesses a more people-​friendly demeanor to run the company phones.
