Neurological Associates, Inc.

Perhaps the doctors here are great but the front office staff is absolutely terrible. The person answering the phone clearly doesn’t want to help anyone. She transfers you to a scheduler who never answers the phone. You leave messages and they never return the phone calls. One has to think the «tone» for this is set at the top of the organization.
For people coming to them with problems it’s a shame the staff are so poor in responding to customers. I’ve had a few doctors tell me that they can’t get a return phone call from these people either.

Ok I went here to the Neurological Associates offices. There are a bunch of other medical offices around this shopping center. Well it should be called a medical center really. Anyway we walk in and head to the receptionist. The nice lady behind the glass door was very pleasant, I handed her all the pertinent information they had requested. Then she gave me all the information I needed and told me they would call me soon. So we grabbed a seat and I snapped a few more photos. The waiting area isn’t to large but has lots of reading materials. It was long before they called me back to a exam room. Well I sat up on the table and the nurse took all of my vital signs. Then she ask a few questions and told me the doctor would be in shortly. So of course I snap a few photos in here too. Then Dr. White came in and did his thing, I’ll put all of that under his review.
