People were god awful. Laughing at customers while another customer was making fun of me. When I had nothing to do with them. Just punks. Also food was horrible. Left a nasty suprise in my micken sandwich. Was going to get a job there but decided I’m better not work with a bunch of asshole teenagers! And realized I’m too old for it anyways. Find other better paying job else where. Nothing has change since coming from california. People are still shitty.

Worst service ever especially if you go after 6pm they have no managers and they let the special small bus children work because they have ruined 3 simple orders and a milk shake. They can’t get a Big Mac or a quarter pounder with cheese right(it needs cheese) and a milk shake. Avoid at all costs if at all possible they are mentally challenged save yourself the trouble and go anywhere, anywhere else because they are mentally inept, and if you can’t make a pre made burger or milkshake you should probably just give up…

Ordering here is such a struggle, it seems I always encounter«the new» girl/guy. Today is not different, it literally takes a notepad and a manager to get the order in. It’s so bad I am now used to skip the drive thru, so I can at least use my hands and my notepad to communicate.

Service is a hit or miss at this location. I always check my order before I go because they tend to get it wrong. They have been there so long you would think management would have corrected it by now.

Since McDonald’s Corp. makes sure food quality(sic) is standard throught the chain, I can’t give these guys much credit for that. But I can fault them entirely for the incredibly lousy customer service. I can safely say that 75% of the time my drive-thru order is wrong. Not only are they slow, but they don’t appear to be interested in improving. One time I was directed to the«wait for your order» parking spot, and I was the only customer in line! why did I have to move??? I was so annoyed w/this restaurant that I called the owner but he didn’t seem too concerned w/my comments. And you know what they say, the character of a business leader will be reflected all the way down to the basic staff. In this case it is most true: owner doesn’t care and the staff doesn’t, either. Go the the McDonalds on Ave H. It is much better and owned by somebody else.

This is the most terrible fast food store i have ever been to! McDonald’s is very delicious and i mean VERY delicious! Very unhealthy though!
