Maid Brigade of Richmond

I hired Maid Brigade about 4 years ago when I moved into my new house because I wanted a bonded/​insured cleaning service instead of having independent cleaning people. I ended up selecting Maid Brigade mainly because of cost — I was able to work with the owner to get a cleaning schedule that fit in my budget. For 4 years, I’ve been continuously impressed with the reliable service I’ve received. The maids have NEVER not shown up when they were scheduled to come. And, the day before a cleaning, the office sends me an email with an approximate time of arrival. The maids do a great job and are responsive to my special requests. I get a weekly cleaning and I’ve been very impressed with the thoroughness of each cleaning. I have cats, so I appreciate that they use «green» cleaning supplies. Highly recommended!
