Worst experience ever! I stopped by to discuss an idea with an artist. After being quickly ushered into the parking lot so he could smoke while we talked, I was provided with an appointment time, and asked for a «cash only» deposit. Upon returning 2 weeks later for my appointment(during open hours), NOONE was at the shop. No artist, no front desk, no one. I followed up with the artist’s # provided to no avail. After a week of stopping by and calling the shop, I learned, via email only, the artist had skipped town with deposits and stolen equipment. I was fortunate to have not subjected myself to ‘Bean’s’ terrible skills,(which apparently not all had been so lucky and are now scarred for life,) but was sorely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and concern shown by the employees — let alone the absentee ‘owner’ who agreed to refund my full deposit in email, but recanted by phone once I was standing in the lobby. STAYAWAY — Lock Stock and Barrel is the reason why tattoo shops get a bad rap.
