The pizza was OK but the service was horrible. I had called first to ask if what I wanted was hot and ready. I was told yes, it was hot and ready and I did not need to order ahead of time. When I got there, they were all out. So I had to wait while they made a pizza for me which was not so bad. The cashier however had no idea what he was doing. He kept ringing up my order incorrectly, the manager had to come over several times to help, and he still messed it up. I’m glad there are other pizza options in Richmond.

Great pizza, great price, HORRIBLE MANAGER! I stopped in to pick up a hot and ready and cheese bread. There was already 2 other customers ahead of me, waiting for their sauce for their crazy bread. The cashier nicely asked the manager Haliey for sauce and she shouted at her «I know». It was screamed loud and very unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated that way and by a manager in front of customers! She really needs some classes on etiquette with employees. The look on the cashiers face being yelled at, was so sad! I hope your Haliey gets spoken to, or just yelled at because it seems like that’s all she knows how to do!
