Lin’s Garden Chinese Restaurant

Just discovered this place while looking for places near me that deliver. It’s on a par with most of the other Chinese takeout places — meaning it’s «good enough».
Need to give the menu a workout but first impressions are that they will be getting more business from me.

I just discovered their orange chicken is my perfect choice for orange chicken! I’m not a fan of the chicken that has too much breading around it and fatty chicken in the center… yuck! This place was good. Even my man, who prefers sweet and sour, wanted my orange chicken. Speaking of sweet and sour, we’ve had better than what Lin’s has to offer. Last time my man went with some pork ribs and he didn’t like them. The brown fried rice it comes with, however, I love. Him? Not sure. Me? Yes, please, give me more! The pork dumplings at Lin’s are also worth a taste — they were better than the pork ribs! Is this the best Chinese food place? Probably not. But they are convenient and seeing as we crave Chinese food when we are at our hungriest state, we aren’t too patient.

Worst Chinese food I think I’ve ever had. First got my order wrong (poor English skills) even after I pointed to the picture.
Eventually got the right food, but it was nasty. Will not repeat this venture.

I live right around the corner and have ordered from them many times. The food is always good and the service usually fast. You wouldn’t want to eat there, but as delivery and carry-​out goes it’s great.

My family uses this as our favorite Chinese Delivery place. The food is delicious and the price is good. The delivery time is amazingly fast. We usually have our order at our house within 20 minutes. Steaming hot. The Egg Rolls are excellent. I love the Won Ton Soup. The Shrimp Fried Rice is seasoned nicely and not loaded with grease. We always get the Hunan Triple Delight and it is such a big portion that there is always some left over for the next day. For the price, the taste and the speedy delivery time, it is well worth picking up the phone.
