Kings Crossing Luxury Apartments

I wish I could give negative stars! Besides the recent break in, and people being held at gunpoint in the parking lot during daylight I would never recommend this place.
We were told when moving in that even if someone had put down a deposit, that if we needed to extend our lease that we could. Of course when push comes to shove, the staff said they don’t know who said this and that we could in no way extend our lease. After, they said «we care about our residents you always come first.» That is completely untrue. We called maintenance I believe around 7 times in two months mainly dealing with the air quality and ac unit that would not work. The staff said, «just open a window.» I would never do that especially overnight because two people were held at gun point in the parking lot and someone broke in and vandalized the gym. We were on a first floor there is no way I would keep a window open. Both of those stories are on the different news channels if you would like to view them. They have a $ 300.00 non-​refundable pet fee for only 2 months and are now trying to make us pay close to $ 500 for carpet damages which were already there. I wrote about them in our check in sheet. The staff are very nice when they want you to move in, but when you are a resident or former resident they are disrespectful and condescending.
The parking lots are horrible as there are multiple potholes that ruin cars. The snow plow blocked in cars, that is when they finally came around days after it snowed. The large garbage containers are revolting. There was not one day that they were not overfilled and all over the place. The door to our apartment building would never lock properly meaning anyone could just come into our building. The walls are paper thin even for an apartment. The two months that we were there nothing went right, it was an absolutely miserable experience I would never recommend. I plan on writing this review on any and every review site that I can find.

In the last two years that I’ve been at Kings crossing I’ve never had a question, concern or service issue that wasn’t resolved quickly ms professionally. Most recently my pet managed to sneak out of the house and Kings crossing spared no effort in coordinating with the community to find him. Would recommend Kings Crossing for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Everyone here is so friendly and kind. Anytime I had a maintenance request is was serviced in a timely manner and the leasing staff are warm and welcoming with a how can I help mindset. I love it here!
