Broke my phone today! Called and went in today and my phone was fixed like new in ten minutes! Extremely competent and friendly staff and perfect timing as I can’t be without my phone for long!

Daughter dropped her I pad and cracked the screen. It was an expensive fix but better than buying a new I pad. Had a couple problems with the fix but they stepped up and made it right. I recommend without reservation.

Coming from a strong customer service background, my experience with this company is appalling.
You’re better off paying the extra $ 20 and getting your phone fixed at the Apple Store.
These people run their business like a shady used car sales company. I made the mistake of giving them my phone to repair. First off, the online quote is off by roughly $ 30 (I paid just over $ 130 for iPhone 5). I gave them my phone to repair a broken screen– the only problem with the phone was a broken screen. I received it back with a non working camera, shorter battery life, and the phone getting extremely warm during a charge. Their 90-​day warranty is garbage. I received my phone in worse condition that I gave it to them in terms of its worth– the apple warranty is completely voided as soon as they touch it. Again, just pay the extra money and get your phone repaired at the Apple Store

On Friday dropped my iPhone and broke front screen. Today is Sunday. Took the phone in at 11:10, ran some errands, and it was ready when I returned at 11L45, Phone looks almost new. Service was friendly, quick, and not overly solicitous of other products. Good job.

Quick repair of shattered iPhone screen. A little pricey compared to some online vendors, but speed worth the price. Case purchased here was $ 20 cheaper than best buy.

Well, I have used these guys twice now. The first time was great. No issues with replace the cracked back of an iPhone 4. The next time I had to replace a shattered iPhone 4S screen. It was $ 79 and they were friendly and fixed it quickly. However, two days later I noticed a small hairline crack in the screen… So small the guy needed special glasses to see it, but I knew that as cracks go it would grow. I called and they said that normally wasn’t an issue with the iPhone 4S and to bring it in and they would fix it (This place is about 45 minutes from my house). I came in and had no receipt thanks to my Dad being with me when I got it fixed and offering to (as parents will do) pay. I’m pretty broke so I thanked him and he ended up with the receipt. Where is it now? No idea. They said to bring in the credit card statement and they would still fix it but he lives in Florida and is super busy… I’ve probably annoyed him to death asking but I guess not in his top priority list and now the crack has grown pretty darn big. My feelings? I’m pretty bummed out that I have a cracked screen. Sure, they offered to fix it with the statement, but I can’t get my hands on it and now I’m stuck with a cracked iPhone. In an ideal world I’d hoped they would have believed me… But I guess there are cheats and liars out there. Still, it’s been a hassle and headache. I would have given them five stars if they’d fixed the small crack before it grew even with getting what seems a defective screen, but here we are…

Lee from iRite fixed my cracked iPhone 4S screen in less than 30 minutes and it looks good as new! The bill was $ 79, but that was much cheaper than the $ 199 tab that Apple wanted to charge (plus the next Apple appointment was 4 days out). The prices seem reasonable for the super quick service and quality job.
The shop was clean and the service was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend.
