Great food for cheap. This is the first donut shop I have been to that sells actual food besides pastries. I ordered the chicken curry. I was surprised at how good it was. The fried rice was good… I decides to pass on the chow mein because it looked funky.

*CAUTION* VERYVERYGHETTO… There is always a bunch of men hanging out there just talking about who knows what… I don’t feel safe going in, so I usually have my brother go in. The donuts are good if you get them fresh, after a couple hours it tastes powdery… The togo food though is my favorite. So yummy! The ladies who work there are pretty nice too. But like I said it’s ghetto. Dont walk in with anything nice… You might get robbed.

I had a delicious grilled chicken on a skewer, a super fresh and yummy twisted donut and a milk. It was all extra delicious and the service was quick. I kept thinking about it so made a special effort to look the place up on line and review it. I ain’t messin’ around.

It’ll def do in a pinch. I say that without a flinch! Hehe How did Cambodians slowly become the reigning rulers and proprietors of donut shops??? Even sell a few Asian food items, like skewered meats and noodles. Never tried, though.

These are the single best donuts in the area! Great regular donuts and fancy doughnuts, A.k.a. fritters. The staff is friendly and the prices are right. The place is small but get in and get out! You will not be disappointed in these donuts!

I was reading a friend’s review, when I ended up looking up donuts and found a review for this place. I’ve passed by this place often going home and when I go to Subway, next door for my $ 5 footlong. But had never wanted to go in. Well, today I decided I would give it a try since I saw it on Unilocal and isn’t most stuff on Unilocal worth trying? I got an apple fritter and my bf got a filled glazed donut. The regular donuts are $ 0.75 and the so-called fancy donuts, like my apple fritter and danishes were $ 1.50. You can also get your donut filled with crème, strawberry jelly, or custard for $ 0.50. The donuts were just ok. Comparable to the donuts from the Safeway bakery. Actually, Safeway’s a little better and cheaper. They also had teriyaki chicken, ribs, fried rice and ice cream all in one shop. Maybe someday, I’ll come back and try something else.

There aren’t many places to get BBQ ribs for cheap. Hometown donuts is one place where I can get 3 ribs and rice or chow mein for about $ 7.08.(They offer other Chinese food as well; and burgers and fries). Of course, there are also fresh donuts… as well as ice cream(one scoop for $ 1.50; you get more if you request it in a cup). The food is pretty good for the price; and it near to the house…
