Hollywood Nail & Spa

I’ll start this out with the only positive. My pedi was done great. The lady was quick but thurough and they stayed looking good for 2 weeks.
HOWEVER– Ive never had such a horrible set of nails. The acrylic is a good ½″ thick off my nail bed, the color tips I payed extra for werent painted all the way to the edges on any finger and at the nail bed its so choppy my hair got stuck in them the DAY I got them done. I also got cut too, once it started getting busy. To top it off When I said something the lady said «you didnt tell me.» never in my life have I had to say «dont make my nails look like crap.»
My boyfriend bought me a gc here for xmas. Bless his heart– he should’ve read the reviews.
Two stars just because if the pedi.

They don’t do a bad job and even have spa chairs for little girls, but sometimes they can be careless and cut you just because they’re trying to finish quickly so they can attend the next customer. Sometimes they give champagne or water too at no additional cost.

This place is horrible, theyll do a good job your first few visits then treat your nails like crap once they get all friendly. I got a manicure and the lady made two of my cuticles bleed. I had to wear a bandaid on my nails for a week because it would hurt just on its own. Ugh
