Ok so far I am pissed! Bought a fridge, paid in full, set up delivery. They advertise next day but NOT if the truck is full, which they neglect to tell you until you buy it. Ok so I work all week, like most people so we set it up for tomorrow, the Sat 1⁄9. Cleaned out old fridge, cleaned behind it, moved shit for delivery and waited for a call to tell me when they would arrive. They were supposed to call btwn 630−930pm, damn that’s late for me so right before 9pm I call to check. Get this shit, the delivery has been cancelled and my fridge is out of stock? They were not even going call me! WTFHHGREGG? Are you telling me you sold the unit I paid for!?? There were over 20 in stock when I bought it, so they sold mine now I have to wait? Ah NO! They offered to refund my delivery for the inconvenience, that was already part of the deal so NO! Someone is going to get an ear full. District manager time! This fridge should be next to if not FREEATTHISPOINT. This is bullshit! Now I have to wait until Tuesday when I can sneak home for an hour in which they better accommodate or 12 on ur side will be my next call.

I truly regret not catching any of the names of the experts we worked with last night. I was so hungry, so my mind was elsewhere. My refrigerator was on the fritz, so that needed a fast fix. I was pretty much ready to just point at anything and say«THATONE!» and go. Initially I thought they might be overbearing, but then the guy quickly went away to let us peruse. The man I assume to be the manager came by to check on us. He was also extraordinarily pleasant and not sales-guy-y at all. By the end, we came, we saw, we conquered. New(and better) refrigerator secured. This will definitely be my go-to place for appliances from now on.

Honestly I am usually not interested in «Black Friday» competition among consumers and I have stayed away for a couple of years. However this year I had my eye on a new TV for my Den and decided that hh gregg was my spot to shop. I watched their prices for a week or so leading up to the big day. It seemed like the tv I had my heart set on was priced just right. I was surprised once I got in the store that they had everything organized and while there were plenty of us shopping, they also had a full team of salespeople answering questions and being helpful. Imagine… getting great customer service even on «Black Friday»…that’s exactly what I experienced here. They answered each question I had regarding 4KTV’s vs 1080p… each brand names pros and cons… asked me questions about my Den’s environment to suggest the best choice. Then they allowed me to make my decision, not pressuring me in any way. I got the perfect tv for my space! Tanner was a superstar as a TV Salesman. and Jason assisted greatly on my check out. Great teamwork here. I am going back to get some additional accessories after I watch this beautiful TV for a few days!!! Thank you hh gregg/short pump.
