I lived at a Fulton Hill property, Haxall View, for two and a half years, and just moved out for a new setting in the Museum District. The management team at Fulton Hill have been responsive and pleasant to work with, and accommodated most of my requests extremely quickly, or found a reasonable solution in just the same amount of time. Jon and his team are great! My past experience with management companies made me slightly concerned to take on a new apartment with a property management office. I was worried they’d be overly aggressive on community rules(to the point of fines for first offenses), or incredibly lax with tenant complaints. Luckily, there were no offenses or anything much to complain about. Their maintenance of the building, and communication to tenants, were great. As long I kept them updated, they were accommodating as much as possible. When I changed my bank and had a snafu with the automatic bill payments for the rent check, they understood and didn’t ask for a late fee. When it came time to move to another apartment, Fulton Hill was active in the move out process, accommodating with scheduling touring for potential new tenants that were interested in my unit, and handled the move-out process seamlessly. In summary, Fulton Hill was a great management company to rent with!
