Fraiche

Excellent selection and customer service! I worked with Fraiche to create a wedding registry and they helped me every step of the way. Everyone we worked with was so nice and they have an incredible selection from flatware to everyday china and everything in between. They helped keep us organized and were quick to make updates online. I would highly recommend registering and shopping at Fraiche!

As a newly engaged gal, I was so excited to begin the registry process. One of my friends had registered at Fraiche and while they have beautiful items, her registry was a mess. Fraiche did not keep track of purchases, and many duplicates were purchased. Even so, I told my mom we should go and check it out to see if I would want to register there. My mother and I entered through the back door and began browsing. Not ONCE were we greeted by andy of the 3 ladies working. My mother even walked right past the register and politely and loudly said Hello! How are you? with absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the ladies working. It was a horrible experience and I will never set foot in the store again. I saw so many items I would have registered for but I will not support a business that treats customers the way my mother and I were treated. Now that J. Taylor Hogan is (unfortunately) closing, I will have to register out of town. Bottom line, Fraiche made me feel like a second class citizen and ruined what should have been an exciting and meaningful registry process.
