Roger did a fantastic job helping me find new shoes today! I had a pair of nike frees that I had worn out, and also have some hip pain that I know a good pair of shoes could help with. He measured my feet and brought out probably eight different tennis shoes to try. Not only was I wearing the wrong size, but the kind of shoe I had (the free) have the wrong kind of support for me. I ended up with a pair of new balances that are like walking on clouds and support my feet and my gate. I also ended up getting a new pair of Clark’s for running around town that are pretty darn cute for being so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you care about your feet!

This is a Richmond staple. I used to get all of my shoes here as a kid. It’s the only shoe store I know of that still measures your feet on every visit. They take their time with each client to make sure that shoes actually fit. Also, since I have such a narrow foot, they actually carry narrow shoes which are quite hard to come by. I got a great pair of Brooks running shoes here too. The employees are very helpful. Absolutely recommend going here.
