The van we rented was fine„ after we returned it someone kept calling over and over when we answered there was no one on other end. When we answered and finally got a person it was just enterprise wanting us to do a survey. Really irritating.

Total hassle the first time I rented from enterprise. Not with the people working here but with the enterprise phones-​they, tell you over n over on the recording that they treat you like family –well if my family put me on hold for half hour blocks… I would never call them. The people face to face are awesome but how many people just show up to rent a car? Usually they call? Anyway the cars are okay — could be cleaned a little better — found a can of Pepsi under the seat — too bad it wasn’t $ 100 bills? The cars are reliable and again the stAff is fun and upbeat?
