This place used to be great! Now, who knows when(or if!!) you will get your order. Maybe it sat in someone’s car for over an hour(happened to us tonight). When you call about your order nobody cares! We used to be very regular with this Dominoes but tonight was our last time.

LOVE-LOVE the Domino’s new pan pizza! Crispy edges, awesome flavor, cooked to perfection! If you haven’t tried the pan, you must! Recently, they offered(currently still available) a coupon deal for 2 pizzas, parmesan garlic poppers, cina sticks, and a 2 liter soda. This was the first time I had tried the parmesan garlic poppers… OMG they are delish. They are little pillows of bread covered in parmesan, garlic, and butter. And the cina sticks… bread, cinnamon, sugar, and icing dip… what else does one need?! A tip for the cina sticks… if you have the willpower, save some for the following day as they are great with coffee! The staff at this location are super awesome… friendly, helpful, and always prepare the best pizzas. They also make sure your order is hot and fresh! Cheers!

I have fallen in love with the new Domino’s Pan Pizza. It’s like a little heaven in your mouth. They also have awesome cinnabread and Garlic poppers. The food is always hot and ready to be devoured. I’ve only used them for carryout so not sure how delivery is.

Ive been ordering from here for about three years and they literally make a mistake every single time you order weather it be forgetting to make your order, having a shortage of food and not letting you know or my personal favorite closing shop after you paid for a pizza

So I’ve gotta warn you, pizza is personal with me! So this is going to be more than just a review… After reading some other reviews of Domino’s in Richmond by people who have tried their Gluten Free pizza crusts and seeing they were all pretty positive, we had to try for ourselves. This is where I get personal… We are a completely Gluten Free couple, and we have tried sooooo many things to replace one of our most favorite foods on earth. From bacon crust to cashew flour crusts, to all sorts of restaurant and grocery store Gluten Free pizzas. Nothing replaces wheat, NOTHING. It makes me sick when people think that we gave it up because of an attention-seeking fad or whatever it is they think. We are not masochists, we have Autoimmune Disease. Gluten makes us sick, very sick. THIS is why we do not eat it, it’s not a «CHOICE». Back to the review. We do suffer from even trace contamination so it’s important for us to know that Domino’s does not make guarantees as far as that goes. But this is pizza, we are willing to take a risk! This is HANDSDOWN the best gluten free pizza EVER! I was never aware that Domino’s was that great before but something has changed! Their Gluten Free crust is so crispy, the sauce is truly«robust» as they call it. We were ordering once a week for awhile there and totally had to reign it in! Thanks to this pizza we now do not feel so ultimately deprived at having to live Gluten Free. We also have Gluten eaters that order with us, and they also say that for delivery style pizza Domino’s is very good. Much better than it has been in the past(not speaking of this particular location, just Domino’s in general). Our family has never been much for Domino’s before, but we certainly are now!

Ordered online. Great pizza but noticed tiny cartoon man on computer screen, «Pete,» was not wearing hair net. Very unsanitary. No hair net proof: No gloves, either. Come on, Pete, get it together.

When I saw Domino’s had 5 stars, I just had to say something. The pizza is ok for chain pizza. It has not been as good since they changed their sauce. They forget how to cut a pizza when you order thin crust. The wings are not very good.

I give Domino’s Pizza at this location 5 stars. Whoever took my order answered my questions without any rush to my order… He was very polite, and my pizza came out within the time he told me… I am not sure what makes an exceptional pizza as I have had many over the years and I know a good pizza from a bad pizza. The Domino’s Pizza was not bad, and I was hungry when I ordered so it tasted even better… I bought into their special which was 2 medium pizzas for $ 12. Each had two different toppings… I saw a good deal in the value of your money and I enjoyed it once I returned home… Several weeks ago, I went to an Italian place and bought a pizza with extra toppings, and the bill came to $ 19. for a large. I thought the dough had NO taste and to be honest, I thought the pizza dough was better than the place where I had ordered the pizza… so Domino’s gets 5 stars for me…
