Thank you for the opportunity to give my opinion I have taken several things to this particular pawn shop and have been given the opportunity to get alone at a reasonable rate and which I was able to recover my items I find the person that I dealt with to be considerate of my needs and knowledgeable of the items which I had even though their he cannot always help me he was always respectful of me this is after all a business

I’ve been to many pawn shops in the past in many difference parts of the country and know what to expect and what not to expect. Been to this pawn shop several times. First, if you’ve have never been to a pawn shop to get a loan, and expect close to what you paid for it, then you’ll be disappointed and think that the guy is the worst human in the world and the business should be shut down.
Typically they offer anywhere from 10−50% of the resale value of the item. My first experience with this shop was for a loan on gold jewelry. I had visited another shop down the road, but decided to hit another one to try to get more money. The guy gave me a bit more than the other store so I was happy about that. One down side was that it sucked to only get about a quarter of what I paid for it, but then again, I knew I was going to get it back once I repaid the loan. Another down side is that guys in pawn shops can be a bit gruff, but I’m used to it by now. Pleasantly surprised with this shop. The guy was relatively cool.
Another time I went in to buy a sawzall for my work. This place has a lot of everything… tools especially. Had to sift thru a bunch to find one that was close to shape and got a much better deal than if I had bought one at Home Depot. There tends to be some amount of older merchandise at pawn shops… but usually they’re cheaper than a cleaner one.
I’m writing this positive review, as being a frequently customer, I’ve come to know the owner and the store pretty well. Compared to pawn shops I’ve been in to Florida and Texas, this is as good or better than many I’ve seen in terms of merchandise and price… and the place is huge. I wouldn’t compare the loan experience to going to a bank but that’s not what it’s supposed to be. And I would compare the shopping experience to be like going to Best Buy or Home Depot because that’s not what’s its supposed to be either… it’s actually better since you pay less for something that’s going to be used anyways.
Hope this review helps anyone reading it. One thing I’ve found funny as I’ve been reading other reviews of this and other pawnshops in general… almost all of the negative ones seem to be by people who didn’t get the loan they wanted. If the item is of some value, then this or any other pawn shop will give you a loan. If it’s not of much value, then you don’t. If you want more than what a pawn shop can give you, then find a friend to sell it to… or place an ad on craigslist. But if you need money in a hurry like I have, this pawn shop has been pretty good to me. :)

A pawn shop that doesn’t do loans! Worthless!!! Don’t ever come here. Guy behind the counter said sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t.
