Cosmotique Salon & Day Spa

Got my hair done there today since I am still trying to find a salon in Richmond that I like. Cosmotique is near my apartment, and a lot of colleagues go here. The stylist are very friendly but the salon lacks some professionalism and polish. From fast food soda containers to towels on the stations. My stylist was very friendly and listened to what I wanted, but didn’t offer a lot of advise or expertise during the consultation. I ended up with a lot of color on my forehead, ears, and neck even after a «clean up» and wash. My cut and color turned out well. They offer a 20% off color services for first time clients. The prices are very fair. My friend got her hair cut at the same time and loved the experience. I’m up for trying Cosmotique again depending on how my color and cut feel after a few weeks.
