I only gave them 1 star because Unilocal won’t let you give 0. Sold me a defective phone and won’t stand behind it. They fix one problem and another one pops up a week later. Do not buy a phone from them!!!

I have an HTC Windows Phone and damaged the screen. I knew from experience that the insurance deductible was $ 198, so had not purchased insurance with this phone. Because of the age of the phone and relative rarity, parts needed to be ordered. When I arrived to have the parts installed, they handed me a new phone instead. Needless to say, I was thrilled. I had already tried eBay and Craigs List and could find nothing I felt I could rely on. Cell Phone Technicians sure came through for me!

Had the screen replaced on my
iPhone last week and they did a phenomenal job. You can just about go anywhere and get a new screen but the quality you had when new is not usually the same. I’ve seen screens that weren’t as sharp or when you pushed even slightly on the screen you had that color issue. Other replacements where they nick your phone up or the screen doesn’t last and burns out. I turned my phone in and had it back with an hour or so. No damage, no marks, nothing. Phone looked brand new. I haven’t had any issues at all. Quality job with great customer service. It’s worth the money.

Long story short, left my iPhone 3GS on the roof of he car, turned onto Midlothian Turnpike and heard an awful thunk as it left the roof and hit the road.
I called these guys and they had the screen in stock; replaced it within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon and had my phone back to me for under $ 100. Expensive? I suppose, but a heck of a lot cheaper than a refurb or used phone from Amazon and way better than Apple’s own solutions (i.e., new phone or a week waiting for a replacement screen to arrive and scheduling a repair drop-​off).
Just make sure you call ahead to make sure the parts are on stock and there’s repair time available for you to get speedy service.
