Service with a smile.
We stopped in here on a busy Saturday because the kids were getting restless while the wife was shopping. We walked in and we were greeted immediately. Staff asked the kids names and told us about specials that were currently going on.
I really appreciate how the staff looked at me when kids were asking about ‘upgrades’ and when I said no they gave the kids excuses for me, like «maybe next time,» or ‘not in this animal.‘
Kids had fun with the whole experience and we’ve had friends from here before. They are durable and wash up well.

store was not staffed adequately, had to wait 15+ mins just to get started, would have left if it was any other business and the kids weren’t already set on getting their bears, not a happy customer today!
