This is the absolute worst place to rent a tuxedo in Richmond. Just had my fourth family wedding in the area this weekend, and the entire experience with them was a nightmare. First of all, they do dry cleaning and tux rentals from the same location, so when I went in to do my fitting, it took an unnecessarily long time to get fitted because they had to keep running up to the counter to take care of the people picking up their cleaning. Then, when I got my tux, the shirt was way too loose and the vest was way too tight. The collar kept folding up because they must be using cheap rentals. Finally, it was about 10 minutes before we were to go into the church, and one of the shoes lost almost the entire sole ²⁄₃ the way up the shoe. I had to run out to the car and grab my own shoes. An utterly forgettable experience all around.
