I had custom draperies made by u-fab of Richmond. I’ve hung curtains before but did not think I had the expertise to hang these full length drapes. I was given the name of a person who installs draperies and window treatments, but they were non responsive. I then was given Andrew Norris’ business card. (I had been waiting months for the drapes to be completed and then several weeks trying to get the other guy to respond, so I was anxious for completion). I called Andrew and he said he could come out the NEXT day! As promised, he showed up on time, got right to work and did an amazing job! He was extremely efficient and skilled; did the job very quickly AND his fee was VERY reasonable. He also does plantation shutters and other types of window treatments. SO, if you are in need of these services, do yourself a favor and call Andrew Norris!
