Allied Plumbing and Construction Company

I had Allied Plumbing assigned to me from a warranty company, for a garbage disposal issue. I had absolutely no issues, and the technician was very professional, explained the issue, and fixed it in a timely manner. It was my fault for dropping a spoon in the disposal, he did explain that it would not be addressed under the warranty, but repaired it at no extra charge then the deductible amount that was due. I recommend this business, and will use them in the future.

I’ve had my business for 35 years and I never told a client to «Go to Hell» nor did they ever tell me the same. BUT it happened yesterday with ALLIED PLUMBING in
Richmond VA.
The story — I use
and been very happy with their service contractors. Allied Plumbing was their preferred contractor. Allied gave me a quote on 8÷15÷15, I was called out of town and tried to call them when I returned on 9÷7÷15. I left messages, no response.
I called ALLIED from Thursday 9÷17÷15 until 9÷21÷15, then I called TotalProtect. com. They called Allied from ⁹⁄₂₁ until ⁹⁄₂₈. No response. Apparently they connected with the owner yesterday. He called me! And after being reamed out by the owner, he told me to «Go to
Hell» and hung up. So, I called Total Protect again.
Fortunately,
found me Greg Squires Plumbing who came today, found the real problem (not the one ALLED diggnosed) and solved it. BUT I certainly can NOT RECOMMEND ALLIED PLUMBING. They are unresponsive, the owner is abusive and the staff (I think just one plumber, Vincent) may be the same.

BEWARE. Owner is belligerent and unreasonable. Did shoddy work when sent out by our home warranty company and tried to blame us when our tub leaked. When the warranty company contacted him about it he made threats about filing a fraud claim and would not stop. I asked him to stop calling and he claimed I could not stop him. Had to get the Henrico police involved, hopefully this guy will leave us alone.
