Excellent customer service with great décor. The barista put cute art on top of our latte. The latte was good. I would have liked a bit less milk in my latte but I will try something different on their menu next time.

Cute little café that’s great if you just want to grab a cup of coffee, snack, and read a book. I went one day and enjoyed a huge, delicious macchiato out on the patio with a scone that was also pretty good. I’m looking forward to going back once the weather warms up.

Cute café right in the heart of Carytown. Their paninis are amazing — warm, gooey, and buttery. The bean salad is on point too, fresh basil with red pepper. I had an iced coffee, which was a decent price. The lattes looked delicious with pretty designs, but they had a price tag to match. I paid $ 14(including tip) for a veggie panini and iced coffee… Worth it! It is cramped inside but there are plenty of tables outside! And bring your laptop, there’s wifi 5⁄5

The last time I was at 10 Italian Café, I sat down at a table with my friend who had purchased a sandwich to charge my computer before I was going to purchase a meal. I was intentionally harassed by two employees within 30 minutes of my arrival who asked me separately«Are you going to order something?» And one employee even stared at me and asked«Are you just here to use the wifi?» I stated that I was with my friend who had purchased something already and that as soon as my computer was charged I would order something. I am a graduate student and clearly was there to study and give them my business. Just before the owner left, the Internet«mysteriously» went down. I was singled out by employees here and harassed. Because I had been hounded by several employees and even the owner who had given me dirty looks, I got up and ordered something to show them I was not simply there for their slow, terrible Internet – although, as stated, I was with a friend who ordered something and it should have been perfectly fine that I was there. Additionally, they had a food tour group come in at some point. When preparing for the event, the employees repeatedly kept bumping into my seat without apologizing as they moved the tables around and even kicked my backpack. I have never felt so mistreated as a customer. Since that experience, I am NEVER coming back and I have told all of my friends, graduate students who often like studying at cafes, to never come here. I would not recommend this establishment.

Oh my what a wonderful location! I sat outside and sipped a large iced tea. I wanted an English breakfast tea, but the girl suggested that I just have their already brewed Paris tea. I’m usually not a fan of black teas with hints of fruit, but WOW it was so tasty. I had some iced coffee as well and it was so bold. I love it! I sat out in the sun and enjoyed their wonderful service. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to have food and coffee.

Went there just once. Excellent mocha, and excellent cappuccino. Will return when in town. The service was as fantastic, really nice guy behind the bar. It could only be better if it had a greater selection of sweets.

Stopped in for a coffee while I killed time before an appointment. Very cute and eclectic interior. There are several tables and cozy seating area near the door. There is also a great outdoor seating area that I can’t wait to try once it’s warmer. Next time I’ll have to order some food as well.

Magestic coffee place considering they are so dog friendly! I also go here on the weekends after a family walk with my pup and grab a cup of warm or chilled coffee. Their coffee beans are from italy and the servers are always smiling(which is always nice to see). They also serve sandwhiches, teas and other goodies which I have yet to try. I usually go for their iced mochas but my roommates have tried practically everything on the menu and have never been dissapointed. Anyway, keeping this at a minimum –please try their coffee. It’s not strong but it has such a nice texture, flavor and quality. I mean seriously, take the pup for a nice long walk and after enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying a nice breeze on their outdoor patio, what’s not to love?

The paninis were the bomb! I had the smoked salmon with artichoke spread. The bread was crunchy and unique. I also had the almond latte with almond milk and it was quality. I could’ve done without the chocolate syrup, but it did make a beautiful latte. I will say it was a little pricey, but everything was of great quality and service was friendly. Serving the drinks in all sorts of different mugs made for a cute touch. This would be a great place to take a visitor!

Have been meaning to try 10 Italian Café and am so happy I finally did! It’s the perfect place to get some work done or catch up with friends. They have a large patio that looks like it gets great sunlight — dog friendly too! My friend and I ordered lattes while figuring out what to order for food. The drinks tasted awesome and looked like works of art! A little on the expensive side — they charge an extra dollar for almond milk, and my small latte came to four dollars. However, you do get a pretty big portion if you order in. My friend ordered the salmon panini and thought it tasted great! Both of us raved about the bread they use — it’s perfectly crunchy while also super fresh and flavorful. I ordered the ‘boscaiolo’, a panini with oven-roasted turkey, truffle and provolone that was to die for… the cheese was perfectly gooey and melty. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their creative menu!

I’ve lived in Carytown for almost three years and I only recently tried 10 Italian Café. I’m so sorry I didn’t try it sooner because I LOVEIT. Normally, I’m a diehard Sugar & Twine visitor, but 10 Italian Café has the food and coffee variety that S&T lacks. A friend and I visited 10 Italian Café and we immediately where impressed. The cashier, Alex(I think), was incredibly friendly and warm. He gave us some recommendations for what items to get and chatted about life. Alex was great and the food was amazing as well. My friend and I both ordered sandwiches with chips. I forget what sandwiches they were, but both were delicious. The coffees were ordered were absolutely AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend trying one of their unique Italian coffees. I ordered the Dante Purgotorio and I forget what my friend ordered, but it had a crisp taste. They were both a new type of coffee that ended up working great. The outdoor seating was relaxing and the service from prompt. Overall, it’s a beautiful business and I’m now and avid fan.

Ok I’ve found my new heaven in Carytown. I’ve been trying out the local coffee shops around here and this one takes the cake! A small cozy Italian café I ordered a latte and a yogurt parfait and both were AMAZING! They also serve soup and sandwiches. Great little local gem!

I love when I feel like a restaurant is unique but sincere. That’s how I feel about 10. It’s a small Italian café with panini’s, coffee, smoothies, breakfast, wine and more. They even make their own soda. Bottom line, they’re at the opposite side of the spectrum from all the chain coffee shops trying to manufacture culture. These guys have it naturally. The food is awesome, the drinks are always unique and the atmosphere will keep you coming back.

What a great spot to work and relax. The staff is friendly and gave me a good coffee recommendation. There is an outdoor space with about a dozen tables and there is a couch, love seat and several tables inside. I was looking for a place to work on Cary street and I found this place. There is free street parking near by and I loved the power strip with ample sockets for all! You don’t have to worry about fighting for a plug– in spot at this café

What’s not to love about an Italian café in the middle of Carytown? The outside patio is quite lovely on a warm day and allows dogs. You’ll typically find one or two relaxing under one of the umbrella shaded tables. The café interior is quite cozy, with several styles of seating, cute Italian décor, and free wifi. You order and pay for your food and drinks at the counter and the staff will bring it out to your table. I can’t vouch for all the food offerings, but my go to breakfast is the definitely the truffle scrambled eggs. It’s amazing — sometimes it comes with a salad, other times with sliced prosciutto and always with focaccia bread. A few more food offerings and a new smoothy machine would bring this rating up to 5 stars.

Brought to you by the same peeps that blessed us with Caffespresso, 10 Italian Café rocks! I spent a good portion of my day the other day working out of this cute shop. If you haven’t already noticed, I love Caffespresso. The intimate atmosphere gets me every time. I’m so happy that they managed to replicate that feeling in Carytown. Their attention to detail is all over the place; from the local artwork, to the plush sofas and the maps of the city underneath the tabletop glass. I got… you guessed it… the chai tea latte. If you follow my reviews then you know that that’s my jam. I gotta say that 10 Italian Café’s version is definitely Lauri approved! It was perfectly frothy and flavorful. And that patio was to die for. The peoplewatching in Carytown is already top notch, but if you have a nice place to sit that makes it even better. I’m definitely going to be setting up camp on that patio during the warmer months to soak up some rays!

Cozy little Italian café and coffeeshop in the heart of Carytown that offers free wifi and comfortable seating, including a nice-sized patio. I stopped in to catch up on some work and was greeted by a chipper associate who handed me a menu. I went with a basic ham and cheese panini and opted to have mixed greens as my side(as opposed to chips or bean salad, the other options). I always appreciate when sandwich shops offer healthy alternatives for sides. I really appreciated how genuinely friendly the associate was. She wore a big smile and made polite conversation with me. My coffee was served in a cute mug. A few minutes after taking my seat and opening my laptop my panini was brought to my table. The bread on the panini was perfect! Soft and warm on the inside with a nice crisp exterior. I was happy that it wasn’t overloaded with ham so that I could fully appreciate the yummy bread. The greens were good and had some juicy tomato slices. It was served with olive oil and vinegar. The only downside was that prices were a bit steep. The panini and coffee came to about $ 12 and the portions weren’t that big. Pros still definitely outweigh the slightly high prices, though!
