Service was performed on the date that was scheduled but it flooded within hours of application. Customer service was contacted for a retreat as per the service agreement. The tech did not show although the service manager stated he did. (Kind of hard for him to prove when I was working in my back yard all day.) Was rescheduled but never showed. Was rescheduled once more Tech showed was supposed to be a complete retreat but he only sprinkled some stuff on the yard the left, although his paperwork stated that he sprayed. Would not recommend nor ever trust the Richmond Hill Trugreen!!!

This is the first year I have used this service. So far I’m a fan. It has increased my grass growth, lush and green.
Chased weeds and especially hard to eradicate chickweed from my yard. It is expensive. If you prepay for a year you can get the price down.
One rationale I have is I probably spent just as much at Lowe’s or Home Depot on fertilizer and now someone else does the work for me.
