Terrible service! I understand that when it snows, it is a bit slower for a cab to get to you but when the operator tells you 10 minutes and they don’t come until 40 minutes after, that is unacceptable. I would understand maybe 15 or even the most 20min, but 40 minutes is not right. In top of that, because they didn’t show up on time, I got to work 30 minutes late! This isn’t the first time they have made me wait for than the expected arrival time of the cab driver. Choose Quisqueya which is more reliable and trustworthy and the driver actually calls you to tell you where they are and if they are running late.

I just paid $ 25 for a cab from jamaica to my house in Flushing. A 10 min cab ride. I’ve taken the same route dozens of times on Über & paid only $ 15 for it. Never again.
