Kroger

As for shopping for food and cleaning items and such, no complaints there.
Here comes the BUT part. Their pharmacy is a joke and here’s why:
1. Consistently giving me inaccurate information about my medicine and costs.
2. They say one thing and say another. They are highly misleading and don’t honor what they say.
3. Bad attitudes
4. Waited for a prescription that they said will be ready in an hour. Come back to pick up an hour later to hear «actually we don’t carry it.» Oh really? because I got it with you guys many times before and why don’t you call so I can make other arrangements. I request another prescription and made me wait a while for that one.
5. They act like I don’t know what I’m talking about when I call for refills on something I’ve been getting from them for years.
6. Sometimes they don’t have my meds in stock. Why don’t they keep up with that? It’s medicine, not a TV. I can wait for a tv which is not important but medicine that deals with my life threatening conditions is majorly important.
To the people of Richmond Hill, send your meds somewhere else. The Kroger Pharmacy fools around too much on very sensitive matters. Most unprofessional pharmacy I ever had business with. I’m taking my meds elsewhere and never coming back to these clowns.

Pretty good store. But when I buy ten items they give me ten bags. They separate everything and it is just annoying. They don’t carry Pollyo Part Skim which seriously a must, blue Diamond Almonds are $ 2 cheaper at Publix.

Always my preferred grocery store, their new renovations in the deli area are great. We’ve always experienced friendly staff. I appreciate their extensive options. Great items available for gluten free, organic and whole foods. I also love the points program to save $ on gas. That’s always a big help.

The management at this store is always willing to order something that they don’t have in stock. They are very helpful.

My husband takes care of grocery shopping & with his Kroger card has saved us hundreds of dollars. He earns points for every dollar he spends & then uses those points to buy fuel. The Richmond Hill store is very clean & the employees always seem happy to help. Would have given it a 5^th star, but for the Sunday baggers. My husband complains every week that they talk to the cashiers or each other much of the time & so he can’t get a word in edgewise & they bag in a way that somehow lands the eggs & bread on the bottom.

I love Kroger! I love the discounts we get with the savings card. Great quality meats and produce. We will definitely keep shopping Kroger. My only complaint is there aren’t any krogers around where I live in Michigan.

Eh. The one thing that gets my goat every time with Kroger is their sales catch; I have to buy in quantities of such exact number to save x number of dollars. It’s not the buying of a certain that irritates me, but the fact that if the sale is buy 10, you must buy in quantities of 10, instead of just 10 or more.

Love the store. Love the inexpensive gasoline. The Starbucks is horrible and poorly managed. They do not accept digital Starbucks cards, they cannot redeem Starbucks rewards, and they are always out of something and often many things on their menu. I won’t be coming back.

Bought crème brûlée from the bakery. Tasted like rubber. I brought it back and inquired about how old it was. They said it was made on Wednesday and didn’t offer any other solution. I said «okay I guess it’s just me then». Just disappointed that I took the time to come back and no one apologized or offered to replace it. They didn’t even take the other one off the shelf!

This Kroger has amazing employees. I forgot one of my shopping bags and didn’t realize until I got home. When I came back a wonderful employee named Amy had set my bag to the side and had it waiting for me to return. I highly recommend this Kroger to anyone looking for a nice & helpful experience while shopping.

Great place to find what ever you need to prepare a special meal. Pharmacy staff go over and beyond in providing service!

Speaking on behalf of the Starbucks inside the Kroger, on a Friday Morning i was there, service was okay but at best… it could have been a little bit more friendlier & knowledgeable. Plus, they were short staffed. This Starbucks is worth going to if you need to get some items at Kroger and take advantage of the cheaper gas but otherwise… keep driving until a Starbucks in a more affluent area will be able to take care of your special needs better.

The really bad customer service (manager&cashiers).

This Kroger is my favorite grocery store. I can find everything I need at this Kroger. I love the Deli. They even have sushi for sale. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this Kroger does have a Starbucks. I usually don’t have to wait in the checkout line very long. The prices here are great. I usually find great deals on steak. They have a great selection of shampoo, conditioners and other bathroom goodies. They have a really good selection of wine and beer. They have Guinness.
I love that I get great customer service and a huge selection of products at a great price. I don’t feel rushed or over whelmed when I shop here.
They also have a Kroger Gas Station and you can get a discount on your gas if you have you Kroger Customer Card.
This is my top spot for grocery shopping.
Thanks to this Kroger I don’t have to go to Wal-​Mart anymore. Yippee.
