Very slow, very rude employees including the manager who rolled his eyes at us when we took the food back up there tp be fixed after it took nearly 30 minutes to get the food we ordered.

By far the worst Taco Bell/KFC I have seen in my lifeS. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Went to ask for a refund and was told«You’ll have to wait.» I replied I have already been waiting 25 minutes.” The manager replied, «You and everyone else, sorry.» The place is disgusting and gross. Do not eat here.

This place should be condemned! I wish I could put zero stars. There was so much grease on the floor, it is still stuck to my shoes. I almost slipped on my way to the bathroom. This place is filthy with trash that didn’t even come from the restaurant and it smelled like old burned oil– a smell that followed me into the car. We stood in line until we heard they were out of chicken legs, looked around, and realized our life is more important than rolling the dice and maybe, possibly not getting food poisoning.

This is the slowest Taco Bell/KFC in the area! I’ve been sitting here for literally 20 minutes from ordering to when I got my food. They need new management!!! They also forgot to give me an item I paid for! I will not return to this location ever!

Who owns this place!!! Service is horrible! Food is miserable. I wish the owner would visit his/her establishment. Bad service, 8 employees!!! Manager… who knows?! I waited 18 min for a Mexican pizza, and 3 tacos. There were 3 people in front if me, and 4 people cleared the drive through. Mex pizza was turned upside down. But didn’t dare take it back to wait another 18 min.

This is the most consistently poorly run restaurant in which I have ever eaten. Bad bad bad every time. Today I wanted a burrito, and since this KFC is also a Taco Bell, I stopped in around 1:30PM, hoping that I might catch it on a good day. WRONG! As soon as I entered I noticed patrons who had placed their orders standing around with their arms folded, obviously waiting to receive their food. There was a moderate, but manageable line waiting to place their order. When I finally approached the order-taker, it was obvious she was inexperienced about what she was doing. Her name was Tiffany, a black female, and it was also obvious she wasn’t comfortable speaking to customers. I ordered a Grilled Stuffed XL Burrito with no guacamole. She seemed perplexed, started to say something, then walked away, then returned, and rang up the order. When I looked at my ticket there was no notation of «no guacamole.» I then walked near the soft drink dispenser and stood, arms crossed, while I waited on my order. While I waited I took notice of FILTHY floors and FILTHY tables, with no one making any effort to clean up. There was a large pool of cola flowing across the floor, through the dining room, from a leaking trash can. People were walking through this river of cola and tracking all throughout the dining room. I watched the activity in the kitchen and observed that the staff were totally unorganized and irritated with each other. They were fussing and yelling, with no regard to the multitude of customers in the dining room and those standing and waiting on their orders. After a wait of 34MINUTES, I finally received my order and when I asked the lady(the manager) who handed me my order if the burrito was made with no guacamole(or green sauce) she became LIVID and THREW the burrito like a baseball into a trash receptacle way across the room. She then became very abrupt and started drilling me with questions, asking me, «DOYOUWANTTHIS … DOYOUWANTTHAT?» I noticed as she was building my burrito that she was taking zero care about how she constructed it. She was literally throwing beans and rice and the other ingredients on the tortilla without any care or concern how it looked. When I finally sat down with my order it was AWFUL! There was a giant blob of beans on one end of the burrito, with a bunch of rice scattered throughout the middle. There was hardly and beef or other ingredients. After about two bites I had had enough and threw the burrito in the trash. I walked across the sticky floor and out the door. By the way, this is the same restaurant where, several months ago, I observed one of the black female employees THROW an order at a caucasian lady who had pointed out that her order was wrong. When this lady asked to speak to the manager, the manager refused to come to the front to speak to her and, instead, yelled at her from the back of the kitchen. It was one of the most bizarre occurrences I have ever seen at a restaurant of any kind. If you are traveling through Richmond Hill, GA on I-95, or on Hwy 17, and want KFC or Taco Bell … KEEPGOING! You will regret eating at this filthy restaurant, where customers are routinely verbally disrespected. There is another Taco Bell about 20 miles further north, in Pooler, GA, that is much better run.
