Don’t waste your time here. Garbage service. They lost my pizza twice apparently while I sat there. I ordered at 5pm and the website indicated the pizza would be ready at 5:15. So I arrived at that time and paid. The manager who took my money went and tried to find my food. When she couldn’t she explained it was in the oven behind the two pizzas I could see. So I sat down and started reading on my phone. TWENTY minutes later she was cashing out her till and getting ready to leave. Goes to look for my pizza as I’m staring at her and can’t find it. All the while there are between 6 and 8 employees sitting around a computer complaining about other employees and not doing much else. When the«brain trust» got together to solve the mystery of the missing sausage and mushroom pizza they came up empty handed. Nobody knew where my food was and nobody seemed to care. Exasperated and on a timeline that didn’t involve this I asked for my money back. And was rebuffed. «We aren’t authorized to give refunds. We would have to call the regional manager(or something)». Ok. Call the person. Nope. Instead they just keep trying to explain to me who caused this or that it isn’t anyone’s fault. Absurd! Give me my money back! After a few more attempts at demanding they give me my money back the new manager called the mystery person who is authorized to give actual customer service and I was given a cash refund(despite paying with a credit card). So the cherry on the experience is walking out with a hand full of bills and a pocket with 99c in coins I don’t want. Entirely absurd. My wife is off fetching McDonalds so we can eat before the movie starts. Congrats on making our evening worse than it should have been Pizza Hut. I won’t be giving you another chance.

I just ordered from the Richmond Heights again. I’m not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. My order was answered by a call center on the third ring. They took my order promptly and courteously. My pizzas arrived 20 minutes later. Right on time. They were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Since I didn’t go to pick up my order, I can’t speak to the sanitation issues. But I can tell you as a retired inspector, if you walked into the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants in town you would not eat there!

This location is a complete mess. We ordered a veggie pizza for delivery the first time and it arrived pretty much raw. The dough was completely uncooked. We contacted the location and they gave us credit for a future order. Our second experiences was even worse! We called and called for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. We finally drove over there to just order for pickup. There were 3 people working and the phone was ringing off the hook and NOONE was paying attention to it. They quoted us 20 minutes… we waited almost an hour. Even worse, the pizza was raw AGAIN! We were also disgusted to see that there were pans and other dishes all over the floor. The staff would pick them up off the floor and use them without so much as a wipe down.
