WORST contractor ever. Ive never seen someone in such a hurry to do a bad job! Vic is always trying to bid low then up-​sell the customer while knowing he cannot finish the current job he was hired to do on time. Vic does not own quality tools, and like another reviewer stated, he does not know how to use a quality tool. If it was not for two guys that worked for him and fixing his «handy man» blunders, the jobs would never have been completed. I feel bad for the people he ripped off!!! He still owes his former employees money!!! So he has that going for him. Bottom line Vic is a liar a crook and an all around scumbag. Not someone I would want in my home.
He is NOT a carpenter, roofer, flooring installer, drywaller, or framer… to say he’s a handyman would be laughable!!! Please stay away from ROOF TO FLOOR!!!
