This place took two and a half hours to serve us our food for a table of 14. The waitress was extremely rude and food was colder then the Rockies when we got it.

Food was excellent. There were 4 of us at dinner and everyone was impressed. Steaks cooked to perfection, scallops had a great vegetable mix and my shrimp scampi was awesome. Highly recommended. A bit pricey but worth it.

Had dessert. Apple fries are completely crave worthy. Our server, Jennifer, welcomed us in 12 minutes before closing and never made us feel unwelcome. After a 4 year hiatus, tonite was worth coming back for. 3 ½ stars?

Cant say I have ever had a bad experience here! Summers on the patio with live music and friends are the best. Probably the best spot to go for that kind of atmosphere and scenery in town. Very nice food and drink menu as well. Highly recommend for dates or group outings.

Food is thoughtful and very tasty. We had the potato and meatball appetizer both very good and a large portion for the price. $ 9 for a wine flight, the wines are amazing. In fact we joined the wine club. A must try.

Meh, wine tasting requires a table and a wait so long we finally left before being served. Cute little place, if you want to taste wine you may need to bring your own.

The food is just(a bit over priced) fine, the atmosphere lovely, but my biggest complaint… how can you charge $ 8 for a draft beer. I understand the beer industry and I would understand $ 8 for a speciality microbrew but this is not what they offer. What it feels like is they are trying to make a few extra bucks off the poor boyfriends that bring their ladies here and aren’t major wine drinkers. Tagaris-help a guy out. I’m already spending $ 90+ on dinner to impress my girlfriend, let me atleast have a couple beers without getting totally fleeced.

We love Tagaris! From the food, to the wine to the atmosphere you can’t go wrong for a date night or dinner with the kids. Extra perk is the expansive back patio.

So expensive. Mediocre service. Wine is subpar. You’ll pay $ 15 for a glass of bad wine you can get for $ 10 a bottle at the store. Try any of the other wineries next to them to better food, better service, better wine, and better prices. Their patio is nice in the summer though.

I’ve gone to this place twice. Once in a group on random Saturday and once on Valentines day. Going as a group on Saturday was really nice. If you’re interested in having some wine but you’re not sure what to try, ask to give a couple a taste. I did this with a few wines and I was able to find some that I really enjoyed. We had the mussels and these awesome shrimp both of which were pretty tasty. We followed up with the dessert trio which includes the chocolate bomb, cheesecake and seasonal sorbet. You never have to twist my arm when it comes to eating dessert and the trio just gives you an opportunity to have three desserts which is pretty awesome. Would you rather have one dollar or three dollars? One day of vacation or three days? One Star Wars prequel or three? Actually, those were all terrible and I haven’t recovered fully from them… So the food was good, the service was good and the ambiance was pretty mellow. I also went with my wife for Valentines’ day. We got reservations well in advance and because we have kids, we usually show up to things let. This time was no exception. Thankfully, our reservations were held even though we were 25 minutes late! Unfortunately we were put right next to a door that waiters and other folks kept going in and out of. No biggie, drinking wine fixes that. Also, an insanely loud and obnoxious table of older adults were right behind my wife. No biggie, drinking wine fixes that. It was pretty packed but it seemed like they had plenty of wait staff and our waiter kinda seemed to wander around. I had to get her attention a couple of times and it took a while to get our order in, some pepper for the salad, and our bill. No biggie, drinking wine fixes that. We started with the Patatas Bravas(potato wedges) that were well seasoned but seemed a bit under done. For the entre, I ended up getting a surf and turf with prime rib and lobster tail that came with potatoes au gratin, and my wife got a steak tenderloin that came with roasted potatoes. Both portions were pretty good size and we shared our food with each other. The prime rib was good, but the tenderloin was incredible. The lobster was great and her roasted potatoes were awesome. The only issue was that being close to the door resulted in cold food really quick. No biggie, drinking wine fixes that too, I guess… seriously how much do I need to drink? Don’t get me wrong, I’m at a winery, but I came to enjoy a nice dinner too… so the food was pretty good, the service was ok and the ambiance was a bit rough. I don’t think I’ll go back on an event night but definitely for the occasional dinner.

Nice atmosphere. Wine is mediocre and way over priced. Food was tasty but again way over priced. My first glass of $ 21 wine was days old and smelled like it. The halibut was very flavorful but the cold cous-cous did not compliment the fish. I arrived several minutes before the end of happy hour but the waitress, after a 10 minute wait, refused to offer the happy hour price. Kinda rude. Other than not getting what I expected she did a good job. The place is nice but be prepared to pay dearly for mediocre food and wine. Not impressed personally.

I am visiting town. Went for wine and tapas tonight with my family. Wine was good, food was decent, but service was disappointing. Our waiter was patronizing and arrogant for the duration of our visit. We were never offered any information about any of the wines, or the winery itself. I came prepared to buy several bottles of wine, and ended up leaving after one glass. I took my business to another winery and was very happy.

All I have to say is this gets GRINGUITO, GATAs and THEDCBACHATACONGRESS’s PLATINUMAPPROVAL! The wines were ridiculously amazing!!! I mean we bought a case and a half! BTW most of the bottles were ½ off on special… We have been to dozens of wineries and never taken home more then a couple bottles. The flat bread pizzas and dishes priced $ 5-$ 7 are a foodies dream!!! Ohh and talk about ambiance, amazing fountain brings us back to the French Rivera!!!

Its really a bummer that this place isn’t better than two stars because the space is huge and their is a ton of potential in the menu items. As many have said before me the staff was just plain not friendly and slow. Getting our waitress to take our order was taxing as well as getting her to tell about the wines from their very own winery. We all ordered their dinner flights. We stuck with reds and we were not fans of any of their wines. Their flat breads are bland. I don’t know how something with a caramelized onion can be bland but it was. Every dish came out slowly and had little to no seasoning. I hope they can get their act together because its surely a waste to the space!

Super expensive — No reasonably priced item on the menu. The least expensive item was the $ 14 greek burger. It came with potato chips. It was overcooked and gave me heartburn. They didn’t even have a plain old regular ranch /blue cheese side salad. This is the epitome of excessive greed in action.

*** Tagaris has the best patio in the Tri-Cities. *** Really this update should have been written months ago when we had warmer temperatures and had a sun to worship. Yeah, I hadn’t truly entertained everything Tagaris had to offer up until this last summer. This is when I was introduced to their patio and outside dining areas. Man, if you thought the dining experience inside was pimp, chill out outside(well, when the weather is accommodating). With a huge fountain, fire pit, lots of cool landscaping, and live bands on the weekends — there’s no place like this. I mean, Tagaris’ space would be able to hold its own with any joint in a city. There is also a dining area to the side with a full bar which is roof-covered, but is also open to the patio. Yeah, this place may be pricey, and a tad hoity-toity, but who cares. This place deserves to be that way. There aren’t many places to take a visitor to impress them in the Tri-Cities, but you can always count on having this place in your quiver.
