Five Guys Burgers and Fries

One of the best burger places in Tri-​cities. Shakes are very good. Real French frys even the small is pretty good sized.

Your hamburgers are great. But you can’t really go wrong with a basic burger. I think I love your fries the most. Fantastic seasoning and portion size is also fantastic.

Best fast food burger in town. This is a well run establishment. They are timely during busy hours and the quality is consistently high. The portions of fries are huge. Do you enjoy the spice? Add the Cajun seasoning for the kick you are looking for. I think it is cool that they use fairly local farms as their potato supplier. They will write it up on the wall so you know where your fires come from.
My burger recommendation bacon cheeseburger add jalapeño, mayo, grilled onion, and BBQ sauce. This pairs really nicely with a cherry ginger ale. You won’t be disappointed and can be confident in a consistent experience.

Love Five Guys. Expensive tasting burger, without the price. Fresh meat and veggies. Best bacon around.
Always get the little bacon burger with pickles, lettuce, and tomato. No need for condiments here. Share little fries. And if you dare, try the new milkshakes. Malted coffee perfection!

Who hasn’t tried a Five Guy’s burger by now? If you haven’t, get your butt in here for some quick and tasty burgers. Hands down, they’re my favorite fast food burger joint. They’re cheaper than sit –down restaurants and tastier than most of them unless you’re at a really, really good burger place in the Seattle area. Let’s be real, there really aren’t any fancy or super tasty burger places in Tri-​Cities.
So, if I’m craving a juicy burger around here, I’ll stick with Five Guys. As for their fries, it’s «natural» cut but it’s a bit on the soggy side for me. I know most people love them but I like mine a bit crispier.

This place was A mess! French fries EVERYWHERE PEANUTS EVERYWHERE! The burgers made me throw up and I have only gone here once in the summer of last year. Yeah cause it was fake food. The fries were ok but I do not recommend this place.

Go ahead say something bad about this place, everyone will know your a liar. Five Guys is perfection in between buns! Everything is the way you want it, bottom line.

So I scanned some of the other reviews before choosing to write this. I noticed one person had nothing but terrible things to say about the online ordering service. I can say I’ve used it 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have had NO issue at all. All my stuff was correct, on time, and ready to go.
As well as someone said the floors were dirty??? The only thing I’ve ever seen on the floors is peanut shells, and that’s just the charm of FiveGuys. FiveGuys and Texas Roadhouse does the same thing. You throw peanut shells on the floor. They use the natural oils to help with their floors. It’s not for everyone, but it doesn’t do anything to your shoes, so really why complain?
ANYWAYS.
Beyond that, the food is always made when you order it, fresh, hot, and I’ve never had anything made incorrectly. Their fries portion sizes are out of this world, and my boyfriend and I can never even finish a ‘regular’ between the two of us. A little pricey, but at least the food tastes real, not frozen or flash cooked or anything like that. The vegetables used actually taste fresh as well. Nothing like McDonalds or other places.

Burger heaven… simple menu they get your food out fast and always delicious. I’m always telling cali people about this place, even though I think it’s better then in and out. I like that they let people know where their frys are from and it’s pretty cool they let you get free penuts too. The only thing is I wish they had desert.

I tried this for the first time. My kids recommended this place highly so I finally tried it. The burgers took me back to my childhood. The service was friendly, efficent, and fast. The atmosphere was impressive. The burger was great, and loved the fries
I would give more starz if I could.

The regional manager was in contact with me after my corporate complaint. He had the store manager mail me a gift card for $ 40 so we could give them another try, risk-​free. While I appreciate this gesture, we were still extremely disappointed to try them again and find that none of our problems were fixed. As a result, this particular Five Guys restaurant will never get our business again.
The deets:
We waited about four months to try them again, hoping they’d have enough time to resolve their issues. I placed the order online and my husband picked it up (btw, you can’t use gift cards for online orders). He did not check it before leaving (even though I asked him to, but I digress). When he got home, just like the last several times we bought food here, we noticed that none of the items had the bacon we paid for and many toppings ordered were not included. My husband’s burger was burned. I have never had issues like this with a restaurant, but I guess it’s my fault for coming back time and time again. How is it that every… single…time I order from this place, they get it wrong every time? Maybe they saw the name on the order matched the name on my last review and they were just effing with me. Who knows? All I know is we will never be trying this crapshoot again. I gave the $ 40 gift card to a family member and am washing my hands of this place. Good riddance.

Great all American burger. American cheese, flat top grilled meat and soft buns. Glorious. I don’t like the actual restaurant for eating. It’s messy and seating is uncomfortable. Also, I hate how in 2015 the ‘to-​go’ and ‘for here’ orders are the same. so much paper waste with this restaurant. Sad that this company doesn’t at least try.

The burgers are exceptional and created quickly to your exact specifications. The fries are deliciously salty and greasy. This place is so good in fact, that I keep coming back even though I know I will leave bleeding from the ears because it is so gawd-​awefully LOUD in this restaurant.
The chairs in this restaurant are finished with a faux wood that isn’t fooling anyone because the clanging metal sound alerting everyone in a 3 mile radius that you are about to sit down. The acoustics of the Sydney Opera House have nothing on the sonic devastation this space will unleash on you. Lunch on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier would be an intimate affair in comparison.
Order online, get ‘em to go, and enjoy these sinful burgers somewhere you can really savor them without distraction, like the pit of a Indy 500 race track.

AWESOME. … A real hamburger. We go once a week. Friendly staff and a fun and interesting soda machine. Eat peanuts while they prepare your meal. The Cajun fries are a good choice if you like spicy food.

I have been here 7 – 10 times since they opened. So glad they came to town. Wow, that is a good burger. Honestly, the best burger I have ever had. And when I say «All the way with double grilled jalepeno peppers», they look at me like that is the most normal thing in the world.
Keep it up 5 Guys.

My dad had a mushroom burger. Love this place but what do I know. I’m 9.5 years old.

These guys always make a great burger. It’s consistently tasty and unlike my spirit animal, they’ve never let me down when it’s really mattered. The delicious burgers and loads of fries will leave you gasping, much like my spirit animal who despite his name couldn’t actually fly and just flopped around on the ground until I put him back in the water. What I’m really trying to say is that these guys have great burgers and spirit animals aren’t as cool as you might think.

LOL… if you are ever in the mood for a messy burger, a brown bag of fries and all the peanuts you can eat … This is the place!

Best sloppy burger in town!

I love the service here, which is a huge reason I love coming! The food is always good, I’ve never had an issue with my order. Ordering online is so great and soooo quick. The only downside is the price, but they really do give you generous portions so it’s nothing to gripe about. They have a large selection of drinks to pick from and peanuts while you wait.
Don’t go expecting in n out burger, two completely different things. Team in-​n-​out for life!
