I have been very satisfied with the whole staff since day one! They have been very friendly and helpful and understanding. Dr. Lorenzo is amazing, calm, cool and collected and knows his stuff! I am very happy that I found the office and will continue to go.

All of the staff were friendly and professional! Dr. Lorenzo was fast, through and extremely pleasant. The office was very clean and I was surprised at how accommodating everything was! I just moved to the Tri Cities and I’ll be back for all my needs here! Thank you for making my visit so amazing.

Dr. Lorenzo is an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients, talks through anything you need a clear more precise definition of. He makes you feel safe. Patient safety is a very big deal in today’s healthcare and he creates a safe environment that every patient needs. He delivered my breach, nuchal cord baby girl with ease through a scheduled c-​section. He did an amazing job watching us closely as I was very high risk for my entire pregnancy. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff. Thank you again and again for my beautiful life!

Excellent Doctor. I went to him for gyno questions after seeing several others in the Tri-​Cities. Unlike the others he did tests that narrowed down the problem and suggested options and possible outcomes for each procedure.
He’s very thorough and makes you feel he truly cares about your health and making you an active participant in your health care choices.

A scary first pregnancy/​birth experience in California had me very apprehensive when choosing a new Ob/​gyn the second time around. I was absolutely shocked at the professionalism and manner in which I was treated by this practice. Dr Lorenzo and his staff always put me at ease when it came to my health and my daughter. He delivered her via c-​section (my 2^nd) in 2013, and she and I are as healthy as can be. He will be my OB for as long as he’ll have me.

Dr. Lorenzo is a knowledgeable and caring physician. His calm and sure demeanor is a welcome addition to the often anxiety filled months prior to a child’s birth. His staff is equally professional and compassionate. We cannot rate them highly enough.

Dr. Lorenzo and his staff are great! Dr. L is very caring and thoughtful. I had a miscarriage a few years ago and he when I went in for surgery he was so comforting. He is a very competent surgeon as well. I don’t even know where to begin with the staff… all of the gals there are amazing! They are so nice and friendly. Everyone there truly cares about you!

It has been some time since I left Dr. Lorenzo’s office, I wanted to give myself time to calm down and write a review to help future women not just covey how upset I was.
It is a disservice to his patients that he takes on so many at one time, waiting times are outrageous, especially when our case was time sensitive i.e. IUI. After several IUIs, which I have since been educated were far too many, I began to feel the process was a finical coup more than a medical benefit. There was never an explanations of the process, why he’d change several coefficients monthly, or reasonings following the medications he’d try to pile on me monthly. I would not recommend Dr. Lorenzo to anyone, the challenges of getting pregnant were greater than I ever thought possible. I never felt he listened to my concerns or truely looked to help me as much as he needed to move on to the other 20 women in the waiting room.

Dr. Lorenzo is one of a kind! He absolutely amazed me with his professional attitude and kind disposition. He has a wonderful staff who is also caring and willing to help out no matter what. He has no long wait times like other ob’s I have had the misfortune of seeing. He is open to your ideal birthplan. He does not push unnecessary procedures. He is the only doctor there so you really get to know him and he takes the time to get to know you and your unique situation since we are all not the same. Also being the only doctor there he was the one to deliver my child and I did not need to get to know multiple ones like at other offices. He took time out of his days to visit me in the hospital even when I was not there for delivery purposes. He was great with helping me during previous loss. And has helped with fertility. I have recommended him to four friends now, all of which are grateful and continue to use him as their doctor. If you want an exceptional experience, please choose Dr. lorenzo!

I think Dr. Lorenzo might be the best Dr. I have ever seen! I went to him on a referral from a friend & I am so glad she referred me! I had been dealing with a lot of fertility issues for years and was being seen by a different physician & getting a run-​around on why things weren’t working. By just our second appointment Dr. Lorenzo was able to diagnose the problem, and start working towards my goal. He is proactive, listens to my concerns (I’m not sure I’ve EVER had a Dr. who did that before!) and his staff is down right the BEST! They are always so happy– when I come in, when I leave, when I call. You can tell they enjoy there job & that Dr. Lorenzo does as well! I am SO glad that I found them!
