Atmosphere and service were nice. Not the best place to get work done, but good for meeting people. Not sure how their signature drinks are, but the drip coffee was bland and tasteless. More what you’d expect from a cheap diner than a legit coffee shop.

I go here a lot. The coffee is always good and frequently superb(depending on the barista). I also really enjoy the gluten free selection of scones and muffins. Service is always good. The atmosphere is very nice and there is plenty of parking, easy access and a place to sit outside when it’s warm. One of my favorite places.

Barracuda Coffee Company is a blend of everything I’ve come to expect in a good Pacific Northwest coffee house — plenty of seating, friendly baristas, local art on the wall, and fresh roasted coffees. When you ask Michelle, one of the owners, what she likes best about Barracuda Coffee, she’ll answer, «Knowing my customers — knowing their names, what drink they like, and hearing about their vacations.» Friendly service make all the difference and, when you combine it with good coffee, it’s magic. Barracuda’s customers come from all over the Tri-Cities area. Like many coffee houses these days, Barracuda is looking to diversify their menu and offer a selection of Pacific Northwest beer, by the bottle. Adding beer to the menu is a strong trend as coffee houses seek to increase sales throughout the day by offering a wider variety of beverages. I can definitely see my wife and I kicking back at Barracuda in the evening — she with a latte or ice cream and me with a local brew. I tried two coffees while I was here — a Columbian batch brewed and an Ethiopian pour-over — both roasted by the house under their Charis Coffee Roasters label. The Columbian was a bit strong and Jake, Michelle’s husband, let me know they were training some new staff on the method they use to brew their batch brewed coffee. Michelle replaced the Columbian with a premium Ethiopian pour over. The Ethiopian was a well balanced roast with notes of lemony-citrus and hints of the earthy goodness that is particular to a good Ethiopian bean. The flavor was good throughout — from freshly brewed to room temperature. This single origin finishes a bit dry, so I’d pair it with some fresh fruit and yogurt rather than my customary bagel with cream cheese. If you are in the area, stop by and grab a drink. While you’re at it, let Jake and Michelle know what you think.

Great gluten free pastry selection. Pooh bear made with hemp milk was delicious. So gooood. Wish I lived closer. If you are passing by definitely worth stopping

This is bar-none the best tasting coffee in the Tri Cities, better than roasters, bad andys, and sharehouse. I worry when they change staff, or that they will change in general. I almost always get a hemi.

This is one of my favorite locally owned and operated businesses in the Tri-Cities, the hometown feeling customer service that you’re looking for and friendly staff to make it fun to visit every single time! I love to see how barracuda coffee interact with the community and local events! Thanks guys you’re the best! I have to say the absolute best thing is they make coffee and they care about it!

I go here at least twice a week. All the staff are very helpful and make great coffee. They even have a «happy hour». I would suggest them to anyone that like a good clean relaxed environment to have something to drink or chat with a friend.

I love this place, I used to go here once a week in high school with my mom to discuss how things were going. Now I like to go here on dates. The drinks and baked goods are really delicious. The atmosphere is really pleasant inside, but personally I love sitting outside when it’s warm enough, with a vanilla chai freeze. When it isn’t I recommend getting a killer caramel latte. Those are my favorites anyways.

Great coffee, competitive pricing. Not as big as Roasters, but just as cozy. Love that they have some boardgames for customers to play. Try the cold brew.

Best tasting coffee in town! I am totally obsessed with the Killer Caramel Latte, blended or iced. On a hot day I can’t go without a Real Fruit Smoothie, there are lots of flavors to choose from, 4 berry or mango are my favs!

This has to be one of my favorite coffee shops. I love supporting local over Starbucks. Even though I quit coffee to Thrive I will still come here because it’s a nice place to sit and bum wifi.

I love Barracuda Coffee! My favorite drink is an iced Frosted Jack which I can enjoy year round. The baristas are always so welcoming and brighten my day every time I stop by.

Hands down one of my fav places to get coffee in the tri-cities! Love the friendly staff and great atmosphere ! I’ve yet to be disappointed! I’m usually a plain coffee kinda gal but have tried a few different things and highly recommend the Hemi(easy on the flavor for me)! The Gluten free(which I’m not gluten free) cinnamon muffins(from TSP bakery) are to die for ! If you are a resident or just a visitor to the tri-cities barracuda is a must!

Great coffee, some days it’s better than others. This usually my new preferred spot(I’m new to the neighborhood). The lattes don’t normally taste like hot milk. I didn’t order ice cream once and I received a cone with a totally concave scoop of I cream. The cream is great though!

My latte was good, my ham and cheese croissant perfect, and the wifi fast! Drinks come in 6 different sizes(8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 32). There are non-coffee drink options, as well as fruit smoothies/freezes. Lots of tasty pastries, including scones, muffins, cookies, etc. Good amount of seating to study, and again, the fast wifi is a huge plus for me.

I was contacted by the owner of Barracuda via Unilocal and she wanted to know more about the situation that happened on my visit. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I know that customer service is a huge part of running a business and Michele wanting to better her business and my experience. I understand we all have our off days… Thanks for reaching out.
