Comfortable stay, courteous service for my 11pm check in and the concierge even scheduled a morning shuttle to pick me up 30 minutes earlier than normal, so I could get to DFW on time. The big winner– room and bathroom were clean. Only thing is– American Airlines sends distressed passengers here (I had a flight delay) and you get a $ 70 voucher, however, you have to take a 20 minute cab ride which is $ 40+ and you still have to pay $ 70 for the room. Would have rather stayed at the airport for that money.

great staff, customer service, knowledgeable. excellent location. plenty of ample parking. great wifi signal. the pool, hot tub, and gym were pretty empty so i enjoyed all of them. my room was spotless, and even though the tv was acting funny the entire room was awesome. comfy beds, nice and quiet sleep. the staff was very accommodating to our requests and had no issues. the fridge, mini microwave and amenities in the rooms were greatly appreciated. while i didnt need it the sofa bed was a nice too. all and all a great experience and will revisit this location and these chains in the future.
