Unfortunately the blower for my furnace was set on high speed when they came on the last service. when I turned on my ac the water from the drain pan was blowing in to the fan. Bottom line I called atlantic so they can come and lower the speed and they tryed to charge me 105 dollars to do so. When I ask to speak to a manager they never connected me to one. I ended up repairing the mistake myself. That really sucked cause it was something simple they could have rectify quickly.
