Ulta Beauty

A well stocked ulta, but don’t go there if you’re a person of color, I am Latina (Ecuadorean) and went there with my mother to buy our fav shampoo and just to browse. The salon staff was really helpful, but when we were checking out, Brittany, was horrible at checkout. My mom noticed her racism due to the previous customer being Caucasian and receiving good service. I told her that I had a reward card because sometimes I forget myself. I also told her I had a coupon and she gave us a snarky look the whole time. When she was bagging our items she gave us and extremely small bag for our items. My mom had to ask her to give us an extra bag. My mom then said «it’s such a small bag for all those products», due to her being fed up with her attitude towards us. Brittany then said, «Well that’s life» when coming out of Ulta my mom and I were extremely displeased and with our checkout experience. And to top off our experience they ended us giving us a body butter that was priced at $ 10 for $ 15, my mom then had to go in and ask for a price adjustment. Horrible worker, but great ulta. I will never return there again.

Great Ulta! Bigger than the ones I’m used to visiting — this one is nicely organized. Huge Ulta Men’s section, a salon, as well as beautiful sleek areas for testers from prestige brands (Benefit, for example).
As for previous reviews concerned with the staff, I can’t speak to their helpfulness. I’m new to this area and this Ulta, and I was just picking up another bottle of my fav shampoo. I was expecting them to tell me my Ulta Club Point balance, and maybe give me a reward, but they didn’t even mention it… Hence the ⁴⁄₅.

The best Ulta you can go to! everytime I come here they are stocked with the products I need like in Minnetonka the one I live next to are always out of stock I rather drive to Richfield were I always find goodies
There clearance section is awesome as well staff is friendly not snotty the Ulta in Ridgedale drive they can be snotty women and not helpful at all

They have a great inventory but the staff is always clumped up in a corner completely locked in conversation with one another. Very unprofessional. I go here often but only for grab and go items.
