Ive been here 3 times, always in and out. Very helpful. They answer all my questions. Friendly, funny employees. No high sales pressure. Good location.

When it comes to my cell phone — I don’t mess around.
1. What’s the point of having a cell phone if you can’t even talk on it, right?
2. Plus, it’s a huge source of my income — I spend much of my day talking on the phone and emailing for work.
So, when I walked in to Sprint yesterday I was expecting quality and kind service. I was utterly un-​impressed with the lack of greeting, annoyance in the retail associate’s voice while assisting me and missing enthusiasum from not only this associate but his manager when a questions were asked.
I needed my phone replaced due to a defect… the Associate and Manager looked at me like I was nuts! Then, they spent 30 minutes determining if I was valid in saying the phone wasn’t working, trying upgrades and basically ignoring me when I tried to answer their questions/​stop them from doing what I had already tested on my phone.
I’m a woman. I get it. But I’m not stupid and much more cell phone savvy than they gave me credit for!
I will definitely head to Edina or Burnsville Sprint stores vs. the Richfield store in the future. I’ll spend my $‘s on top of the line cell phones elsewhere!
