I wasn’t blown away by the place. My server was friendly, but I ended up with an empty water glass several times. The food was o.k. But for the price I expected better

Our waitress, Heather, was amazing and friendly. Full seafood and steak menu. Great atmosphere. Fun and energetic. The open kitchen was cool. Friendly banter with the chefs. Prices were right for the quality of food. I recommend this clean, restaurant for everyone!

Cool jazz playing, industrial strength location, nice. fun décor, welcoming staff… and where is this? Richfield, Utah. Holy cow! I didn’t expect to find this jewel on my trip! The balsamic dressing behaving fresh and no bagged salad here. Carrots cut by hand with care. A nice glass of Cabernet served in the proper stemware. My seven happy neighbors across the way at the big wooden table, talking about their ranch heifers, each gentlemen rancher crowned with a Cowboy hat or camouflage baseball cap and dressed in their well worn plaid Carhart shirts. Americana at the Sagebrush Grill. Down home folks celebrating life over a good meal. The ribs, a full rack, appears at my table presented with an honest smile courtesy of Heather. Did I mention the staff here is nice? Sincere about creating a good experience? Yes so. The ribs fall off the bone, done right. I prefer less barbecue sauce, so skim it off. Baked potato, steamed carrots. Presented as they should be with a side of butter and sour cream. Comfort food for a guy longing for home. The Jazz music sets the tempo and everything and everyone is happy here. Thanks Sagebrush Grill for making my night on a long Winter drive. I’ll be back. Oh yes.

Unilocaler’s, this is why Sagebrush Grill gets 5 stars. First of all, it’s in the middle of nowhere. Second of all, if you blink, you’ll miss it off the side of the road, I had to make an illegal U turn. And lastly, what a great meal and service to go with it. I had the amazing Crap Alfredo and let me tell you, it was loaded with crab. My coworker got the prime rib and he said it was outstanding, he gave me a piece and I agree, the picture shows you how great it looks. Also, the prime rib soup was outstanding. No doubt I will get the word out for our coworkers who travel on the I-70. Thank you guys in the kitchen… Ill be back!

This was a fantastic meal. Great house salad, best I e ever had. The Wrap was so yummy. Chicken in the wrap was cooked perfect. My husband had the Sagebrush Burger. It was also cooked perfect. The chef was a great guy, very nice and obviously takes pride in his food. We LOVEDIT!

Husband said someone recommend this place. It was just ok. I had their tomato and basil soup. It was cream of tomato with a little dried basil sprinkled on it. My husband had the salmon meal. The fish was over cooked and dry. It came with over cooked carrots. The wait staff was friendly and good at their job. The décor is nice. We just hope we came on the cooks off day.

This restaurant was a great find. It was late on Friday night. We had a very long day. We walked in just before closing which was 9pm.(We thought they closed at 10 on Friday because of an Internet site). Even so they were very nice to us and made us feel welcome and not a burden like so many other places might. The menu had steaks, seafood and priced accordingly. We ordered our dinners. I had the grilled chicken with a loaded baked potato and vegetable. I also had their grilled chicken soup as a starter. My husband had chicken Alfredo with a salad. Everything from the dinners, soup, salad, and rolls were delicious! We will make a point of stopping here next time we’re driving through Richfield. The lunch menu look like they had some great options as well!

The food was alright, but no salads on the weekends except a small one with your meal. They charge $ 15 extra if you’d like to use the«split» option for an entrée… meaning they’ll bring an extra salad, roll and potato. Ridiculous I think. You can, however, share your meal. No extra rolls though. We were only passing through so I’m sure another experience would be better, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t go back.

I am really conflicted about this review… I really want to give this place 3.5 stars. So I decided to round up instead of rounding down. Let me explain why– the chef VERYOBVIOUSLY takes great pride in the food he puts out. Everything was homemade, even the buns for the sandwiches. That is extremely rare to find, which is why I believe 4 stars is more fitting than 3. I stopped in for lunch today and after reading the Unilocal reviews I was really excited about this place! I walked in and boom an amazing aroma hits you in the face and envelopes your senses! We were a bit worried because we were the only ones in the restaurant but decided to eat anyways. Our waitress was OK. She was friendly… almost a forced friendly. I asked for the grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich is supposed to come with fries, but I do not eat fries. I asked if I could sub it out for a salad or veggies… anything that wasn’t deep fried that I could eat. She told me she couldnt sub anything and if I wanted a side salad it would be $ 6…the chicken sandwich was already 10 $! Adding $ 6 just for a small salad is a bit outrageous– $ 16 a person not including drinks– that in my opinion is dinner prices. After realizing she wasn’t going to work with me I added the salad. Now for the food: Chicken sandwich: The bread to meat ratio was way off. The bun was big and thick and the chicken breast was fairly small. The cheese was very good. The southwest type sauce they had on there, although tasty, there was just way to much of it. House salad: The 6 $ salad was just your typical house salad. The veggies and greens were all very fresh and crisp. Pulled pork sandwich: my co-diner ordered the pulled pork sandwich(now mind you he is not a picky eater and I have never seen him complain). He said that there was WAY too much sauce(you could tell by looking at it) and the bun was too thick and filled him up too fast. The fries were very good and not only hand cut but but also well seasoned! Overall this place is on the pricier side. But EVERYTHING is homemade. I think we might have better luck with dinner. Not sure if I would give this place another try.

A hidden treasure! If it wasn’t for Unilocal,we never would have found this great family restaurant. Look for an industrial building on the west side of the street. You have to pay close attention or you’ll miss it. The sign is very hard to see and parking is in the back. Very comfortable atmosphere inside, clean and pleasant. The Cesar salad was fresh and delicious. It came with a delicious dinner roll. The food is high quality and the chicken was a real breast cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back. Worth seeking out, especially if you’re just passing through and you want fresh, good food.

We were stopping through town and came here for dinner because of the other Unilocal reviews. There were 2 small downfalls: 1. There is an extensive lunch menu with lots of delicious sounding and affordable meals, but these are not available for dinner, and dinner items are a little pricier. 2. Pretty terrible elevator music playing. Other than that the food wAs delicious and included a fresh salad with real greens, not just iceberg. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and there was a generous portion of my country fried steak. The country fried steak was not a real steak and actually hamburger meet, but it was super tasty so I didn’t mind. Really friendly staff!

Certainly can’t complain! I went with my two small children. They had corn dog bites and I had the prime rib with mashed potatoes and prime rib soup. Everything was delicious! I wouldn’t have changed anything. The place was scarce on decorations but it was clean and tidy and the staff was overly nice about accommodating my two kids. They brought them crayons when they looked bored and were very attentive to when we were through with our meal. I would go back but I doubt I’ll pass through again.

I’m continually changing my rating of Sagebrush because they keep changing their policy on cooking to order. Sometimes they’ll do it, but more often than not I’m told it’s a health risk. Sure, I understand. Hand me a waiver and I’ll sign it, just don’t ruin a perfectly good burger!
