The food was good. The pricing was a lot more than it should have been. The soda was horrible. I asked for Dr. Pepper, and it didn’t taste anything like a DP. So they exchanged it for a Coca Cola, but that was just as bad. The problem worsened when their card machine would not take my debit card. For the most part the staff was good. If it weren’t for their apologies being sincere they’d get 1 star.

Cute little place that we tend to stop at on our way to Denver. I love the small town feel this place gives! This past time we went it was cutely decorated for Christmas! The service was great and our food was as well!

I was driving across the states and had to stop for dinner. I randomly picked out this place without Unilocaling, and their food and services turned out to be pretty good! I ordered a ribeye(their slogan got me) and was quite pleased with it. I would recommend this place and go here again.

For being in the middle of nowhere Richfield it is a pretty good steak place. I particularly like the ribeye steak medium well. I’ve never had a line to get in there was a plenty a room to get us right in and sat down. They have quite a selection if you’re not into steak chicken barbecue you name it so give it a try your joint Tim

Good food — great service — decent prices. We stopped here for lunch while passing through and was very pleased with everything.

This place has good points and some bad. Good is the ½ rack of ribs and Cowboy potatoes. Also the bread brought to the table was fresh and served with whipped honey butter. Finally the décor is pleasant. The bad was the«bag» dinner salad with tiny grocery croutons. Also like most Restaurants they over cook the corn on the cob and just let it sit in the water before serving. When I came in The sign said seat yourself but most the tables hadn’t been bused. Later I saw the changed the sign… But people had to wait to be greeted. Service was a little slow but friendly. This place could be 4 or 5 stars but they need to hire a host and bus people. Also the should use their bread to make good croutons.

Driving on I-70 east and needing a fuel stop I saw this place right across the has station so decided to grab a bite here. Very nice country style décor but aside from that the burger I ate was delicious plus the service was really good. I’m definitely stopping here next time I travel this stretch of I-70

Saw this place on the way to my hotel, so I figured I’d stop for dinner. There was a bit of a wait, but I personally think it was worth it! The server was very polite and attentive and the food was very good! They started us with a half loaf of bread and honey butter, and I’m a sucker for honey butter. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my wife had beef tips. The sandwich was delicious, and the BBQ sauce was sweet, just the way I like it. My wife’s food was also very good, although I wasn’t the biggest fan of the baked beans. The only downside was the wait really. We stood there for awhile unsure what to do, until we saw a waitress finally come and get the couple in front of us. The place looked a little understaffed but they did a good job otherwise. Recommend to anyone in the area if you have time for it.

Seafood omelette was quite good although the huge slice of avocado helped. The hash browns were very crisp and tasty, but the pancakes were stellar. I’m guessing made with cream and not milk as they tasted almost like cake.

We were driving through Utah and made a overnight stop in Richfield. This restaurant was open and had a beautiful log cabin look so we went in. The food is good. Service is good. I had a steak and my wife had the pot roast and we both loved it. Food was fresh, and servers were friendly. I gave 4 star because it was a steak dinner without wine as Utah is a dry state and hard to find establishment with wine, beer or liquor. I will recommend this restaurant.

We were passing through Utah and decided to give this place a try. It is located right next to the freeway for easy access. The interior of the restaurant has a country diner décor and feel. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to take our order. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which was a little spicy, and the shrimp were big and delicious. My daughter ordered the 1⁄3 pound western burger, which she said was very good. The portions are huge, we were unable to finish our food. I would recommend this restaurant, and would stop again if I was in the area!

Great food and excellent service! Fried shrimp with baked beans and mashed potatoes. Deeelish! My son ate the club sandwich. The French fries are off the chart good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Amazing flavor and taste!

Would actually give it 2 ½ stars. Friendly staff, OK food, not worth the prices though in my opinion. Prices are comparable to Black Angus but the food is much better there. I chose the chicken Alfredo pasta dish, and my husband had the flatiron steak. We both said«It was fine» as in «I was hungry and it was ok but not great». Next time we pass through, we’ll just go to Subway. Lol

Stopped in for a bite to eat before going to a concert. Definitely small town charm. Hostess and waitress were both friendly. We were seated at a small table near the bathroom hall and kitchen entrance so it was a little noisy. Food was delicious! They had decent portion sizes for what they charged. Service was a little slow… Took about 25 minutes to get our food. Overall, good place to stop if in the area!

The decorations were beautiful, let me felt warm. The salad is included in the meal. I like it. My husband ordered Cajun shrimp pasta, $ 13.99. We both like it. But the bread was not as good as well. My Cajun wrap was delicious. It was lucky to have such a place for dinner near our hotel.

My wife and I had dinner at Frontier Village and enjoyed it. The service was very friendly and prompt. The food was good, but the apple pie was lacking. We both had the California Chicken Burger, a chicken breast with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado and dressing on a kaiser-style bun. It was excellent, particularly the bacon, which was lean and well-smoked. I ordered their homemade apple pie for dessert and was disappointed. The apples were compote and there was not enough of them. The crust was mushy, not flaky or crisp. It could have been much better.

One word: YUCK. Why did I come here? Don’t ask, but between exhaustion and starvation I had to get something in my craw. Because I get hangry(hungry/angry) and I am miserable human to be around if I haven’t eaten. I was staying just one night at the Holiday Inn Express, just up the road from Frontier Village. I drove in late from Las Vegas, about 8:30pm and was totally famished. I’d had about enough trail mix for a lifetime and was ready for some real food. So I decided to ask the guy at the front desk for insight on the food situation. He suggested The Frontier Village,(commence banjo music), at the end of the road. This is where things get ugly. We were seated by a polite waitress and were given menus. By the way, the building is frightening! Not only is it old, but actually terrifying. The ambiance in this place is pretty awful. Very strange teal carpet, fake flowers and super bright lights. It was unpleasant, The menus were very confusing and nothing really sounded that good. I ended up choosing the Cobb Salad with no bacon. And then I waited for a very long time, slowly getting hangrier… By the time the food got to the table, I was practically eating the napkins. The salad looked pretty bad. The lettuce was wilted, the egg was over done and tomatoes looked very old. But I did not have a choice. I dug in, eating quickly so I could leave. It tasted like mayo and yuck. The wilted lettuce was dripping with whatever dressing they decided to put on it. I got about halfway through it and had to stop. I paid and disappointingly walked back to my hotel. Long story short, I ended up with a terrible stomach ache that lasted all night. I have no idea what was in that«salad», but I honestly don’t want to know. Consider yourself warned, this is not the place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

We had dinner at Frontier Village this afternoon. Lisa was our waitress. The food was excellent, as was the service. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed and that we were doing good the entire meal. The cook today gets kudos as well. I had their flatiron steak. I ordered it as rare as they could legally serve it. He nailed it! You can not go wrong eating here.

We headed out for Big Bones BBQ and thought this was it and it was next door, no driving. Oops! Oh well, we stayed here and it was good but for a couple minuses; the wife asked for her Angus Steak Tips medium well and it came out well done. my Tri-Tip was flavorful but tough! All else was good. As this may be our last trip across I 70, this, sadly may also our last stop at Richfield.
