Poor service and badly run store! I got a kids meal and the lady taking my order didn’t even ask for what side my kid would prefer and herself assumed we wanted fries! On top of all, the store is fifthly dirty!! Not acceptable from a franchise like DQ! I could see grease everywhere!

Ordered the daily special, place was empty. Took 12 minutes to get two cold congealed cheeseburgers that I saw sit out for 5 minutes before the cook let the cashier know they were ready. Disgusting.
