What a great shopping experience. We would exactly what we were looking for on Saturday It was delivered on Tuesday, and we have been enjoying it all week! Helpful sales staff, great delivery. We will definitely shop here again.

they don’t care about their customers and will tell you anything to get a sale! We just bought a mattress at Ashley and one of the key reasons we paid a bit more was becuase they told us it was made in Wisconsin. When it was delivered it clearly says it is made in China on the box. Called the store and the manager, Steve, and he said there was nothing he could do about it since it was already delivered. He didn’t even care that his employees are selling products based on false information. I will never, never shop there again!

We had a great shopping experience in the store. There was no pressure and the salesperson was very helpful. We purchased a queen size bed, 3 bar stools and a dining room set with 8 chairs. All was delivered in perfect condition.

Customer service is not high on their list. Bought some furniture there, but would not work with us for delivery or let us pick it up (we were willing to drive to the warehouse). Waited 3 weeks for delivery only to be bumped to wait another week.
Went back to order a few more pieces 3 months later now to be told it was discontinued. Tried to sell me something else until I requested they check other stores. «The two others I see are reserved. Sorry that happened to you.» Was all they had to say. Wouldn’t try to help me track some down. Won’t buy here again. They only care about the sale. If I had it to do over, I would buy from a local family-owned business where it’s more about people than the sale. Keep it local — forget the chain stores!
