McDonald’s

Not busy at all yet restaurant was gross. Dirty, smelled like a wet dog and the bathrooms were not stocked.

NO JOKE! They were out of McMuffins!!! I have been here a few times and i agree with some of the others, the attitude is POOR! One time my wife ordered a hot fudge, it was damn near milk in a normal kiddie cup not even filled up half way, no spoon or napkin in bag or the little peanut bag. They are always out of SOMETHING. Funny, at first i thought it might be like one of those locations in the middle of nowhere with a limited menu. BUT NO, they have all the normal stuff on the menu. GO to one of the other fast food places off the exit.

I’ve tried this location several times. Mainly during deer and turkey season for breakfast. As always like this morning on first day of turkey season… horrible service with an attitude. Girls at counter have horrible attitudes. Plain nasty attitudes with customers and other staff. There was no tea made at the self-​serve drink station and God forbid you ask the person at the counter for some tea. Last time at this location. Will get biscuits and tea at Bojangles from now on.

Store smells bad and men’s room is out of order. Decided not to eat there because the smell was so bad.

FREE SAUCE!
Everyone has experienced the following:
Customer: «May I have a sweet and sour sauce?»
Drive-​Thru Attendant: «That will be $ 1,000.00.»
Okay that was exaggerated it costs more like 25 cents but it feels like they are asking the absolute most because you have ALREADY PAID!
Well not this «Don Dons.» I got THREE FREE sweet and sour sauces! This McDonald’s is alrightttt with me!

I ordered salads. This McDonald’s has no forks. Apparently they haven’t had them for a while. That’s okay, we’ll share the one fork they did find after we protested. You should not stop here.

No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Employees on their cell phones and ignoring customers.

Sunday evening 6:40 PM. Again I stopped for coffee. This time, once again, there was no soap in the men’s room dispenser. The faucet was working but barely. There were no napkins and either one of the napkin dispensers over at the Coke machines.
On the plus side, the service was fast I got my coffee and could’ve gotten napkins by asking for them.

Worst service ever at a McDonalds at least 12 employees and no one at the front counter

It’s a McDonald’s — nothing too surprising there. It’s off of a freeway exit, which is convenient. Staff is generally fairly helpful. Unless you CAR IS ON FIRE, in which case they just gather around and watch. Perhaps they are looking to see the best angle for roasting marshmallows.
We have actually been there multiple times — some times just for a rest break to switch drivers and get a snack, others to observer from the lot next door. It was one of these latter trips where we saw the car flambé (so luckily it was not ours). And to their credit, it may not have been their fault, as I would not have expected a bucket brigade of Diet Coke to try and extinguish the car, so they may have already called for help.
For regular visits, they are just fine — a fast food joint off the freeway. I don’t think the burning car is a regular thing. But let me know if it is and I can update the review.
