This was by far the best experience I have ever had a phone store.
Went in to find out what my options were for replacing a broken phone. I’m pregnant and a week from delivery and very distraught about being without a phone in case of an emergency. Patrick W was who helped me, he was patient and understanding. Went over all options. And I left with a phone.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Go to a real Verizon store if you want the real Verizon experience. This place is a knock off trying to make you believe it’s Verizon.
You can tell the second you walk in something is off. The woman helping me looked «zoned out» the whole time. She was very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said «That’s him that just walked out. But, he couldn’t help you anyway.»
