This restaurant has amazing authentic Italian food! Not only is the food incredible the service is great as well. It’s a small restaurant so prepare to wait a little. Don’t worry though, it’s worth the wait and you can byob.

My family and I made a reservation here a few months ago. WEWEREKICKEDOUTINTHEMIDDLEOFOURMEAL. We literally had just received our coffees and desserts and the hostess came over to our table, told us the next party was here, and told us we had to leave the table. We did not finish our desserts/coffees(which we paid for) and were forced out. Our waitress was lovely but the rest of the staff, especially the hostess, was horrendous. We were there for a little over an hour. Since its a small establishment, I could understand if there was a limit on your stay(2 – 3 hours)…but to be kicked out the second after you receive a dessert absolutely floors me. The hostess was also checking in throughout the meal to hurry us along. I’ll be surprised if this place is around much longer.

Taormina’s is a good pizza restaurant The food is good and we usually get it delivered or pick up. The one hidden specialty is the Sicilian Taormina The chopped garlic, tomatoes and fresh basil is amazing on this pizza!!!

What a phenomenal little gem in Richboro. We aren’t locals any more, but when we come back to visit, we always make sure to stop here. They have the basics, like pizza pickup or delivery, but the entrees are the real winners in my opinion. From the chicken piccata to the veal parmesan to the spaghetti puttanesca — all have wonderful flavors, with reasonable prices. Don’t forget to order the mussels for appetizer; cooked in either a slightly spicy red sauce or a white wine sauce. The staff have been very attentive, efficient, and ready to provide suggestions, if needed. Don’t miss a chance to dine here!

I always get the chicken Texas panini. The barbecue sauce and bacon add a very unique flavor to the chicken on the panini. The bread is perfect. And the fries… Man the fries are crispy, crunchy, and delicious! They also have good dinners. I personally like their chicken parmigiana with a side of angel hair pasta. Although the restaurant itself is too tiny for my liking, the staff is very friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Highly Recommend!

This place was a nice atmosphere and not to loud. The service was good but the food wasn’t that good. Their garlic bread was horrible, the appetizer of calamari is way overpriced! 10.35 for an appetizer!!! Their veil parm was way to thin and dry. This place was so cramped, it was hard to keep a conversation private. Instead of going here, go to Denicola! It is right in the corner. Overall, I would not go back.

We have been getting their pizza for a while so we decided to go one night for dinner. WRONGIDEA! We made reservations and still had to wait 35 minutes to get our table. Once we were seating they took our drink order and gave us bread. About 15 minutes later the waiter takes our meal order and we wait…45 minutes goes by and we still have nothing. No refill on drinks, no waiter, NOTHING. Finally we decide to get up and leave and they come over and say your meals will be right out. They explained that they had a catering order to contend with and that was why our food never came out. REALLY… because several people who sat after us already ate and were leaving. Absolutely horrible service. No concern for the customer at all.

Amazing ravioli and strombolis. Good to dine in at or get pizza delivered. Definitely my favorite in the area.

I had a salmon dish that had raw onions! I guess I should have looked closer, but the dish which was a special was disgusting. Stick to the pizza here… Won’t be back any time soon…

Good Italian restaurant, but over priced. Taormina’s is a nicer Italian restaurant than most other ones in the area for sure, but the problem with it is that is can be very inconsistent at times. The biggest problem with Taormina’s is consistency in terms of food quality. I’ve come here before and the food is great, other times the chicken tastes dried out and not as flavorful as previous visits. My most recent visit here, I got the Chicken Alfredo with Rigatoni; the chicken was dried out and flavorless, and the Alfredo felt like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for a while, not fresh. I had previously gotten the exact same dish, which I though was fantastic, but that was a few weeks before. My friend also was upset with his dish as he got the Chicken Parmesan, in which the chicken was very chewy and not edible. Again he has had it in the past and it was fine. All of this isn’t even mentioning the pricing here is expensive. For literally pasta with chicken in it costs me almost $ 20, and they don’t put that much chicken in the dish. Everything here is a la carte, so with your $ 20+ meal, you don’t get any salad or anything, just some bread and peppers. Sometimes here the food is great, other times it is whatever. It’s all the luck of the draw. The atmosphere is pretty nice in Taormina’s; they keep the place very clean and it always looks inviting. The place is pretty small, but they fit a lot of people in there and it doesn’t feel too cramped. Service is decent too, never really had a major issue, and whenever their is a problem, the servers seem to be able to fix it somewhat. Basically, if Taormina’s priced their meals more reasonably, I’d be a much happier camper, but for the price you pay there, I expect a much better product when I go. I hear the Ivyland location of Taormina’s costs even more, so there’s that. Food(B+), Pricing(D+), Atmosphere(B), Service(B)

Great food big portions. Fries delivered crispy. Staff is nice, attentive and take special orders. My favorites are the joey g pizza(cheesesteak pizza) and the portabella mozzarella salad, but have never had anything that wasn’t delicious. Great prices for lunch. We’ve tried a lot of places in this area and this is the best by far in every way. I get pissed if my husband orders from anywhere else.

Amazing food & good service. One of my favorite places. It’s not too big or too fancy, but it’s great for grabbing lunch with friends or even to take kids.

Taormina’s is a newish facility built in the parking area of the Mallard Shopping Center, Richboro. First impression is very favorable, as it feels cozy and modern with comfortable table and chairs in a medium sized dining room. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. This was our first visit, and came before basketball practice, so we had to eat light. We limited ourselves to a Cheese Steak and Chicken Parm sandwiches. The Cheese Steak was the better of the two. Very tasty on a good Italian Roll. The Chicken Parm was OK, but falling into the average range of similar fare in the area. A really nice touch was the plate of Red Pepper and Onion in Olive Oil offered with the bread basket. The former fit perfectly on the later, and the taste was very pleasant, a vastly superior approach to the more traditional pats of butter(also in the basket), or herbed olive oil. We agreed that we enjoyed our repast, and wanted to return to sample some of the dinners(Francaise, Marsala, aglio olio), pizza, and pizza rolls(never had these before, but have great reviews). Look for updated review in the next few weeks.

The ultimate, very best shrimp francaise I have ever had and it was an appetizer of six jumbo shrimp, perfectly battered and sauteed to perfection and served in the most luscious lemon, butter and fresh garlic sauce I have ever had! I’m serious, this stuff is addictive! Next time I do believe that I will ask if I can have it over a side of pasta to help lap up all of the incredible sauce! Outstanding! For my entrée I had a huge portion of chicken parmesan, I know, I just can’t get enough of that stuff, three large chicken breasts with an enormous portion of spaghetti! I ate all of this for three days! Hubs got an order of the spaghetti with split grilled sausages, which is exactly how he likes it and both entrees came with a half loaf of bread! Their food is so delicious! Since then hubby has stopped in for a hoagie and thoroughly enjoyed it. Both times were take out, I for one will never be able to order from them again without getting the shrimp francaise, truly phenomenal! I know, technicalities…

I’ve only been here once but my experience was pretty stellar. There was a bit of wait when my date and I were being seated, the hostess(who I believe to be the owner from the conversation I had with her) had the kitchen serve bite size pieces of pizza to apologize for the wait. I thought that was an awesome gesture. For my meal I got the shrimp alfredo and it was pretty damn good. The portion size was decent and I would say that it was better than, lets say, your local Olive Garden. The only set back to this place was the noise level. Like I said earlier, it was pretty packed the night I went. So, the volume of the room was out of control. I could barely have a conversation over it. But other than that its a great mom and pop style restaurant to check out(but shoot for a slow night!).

I had the good fortune to eat Taormina’s three times over the course of a very hectic weekend of work — our client ordered several different items, including chicken parmesan and marsala, a light pasta with chicken, tomato, and spinach, delicious cheesesteak, buffalo, and veggie pizzas, and a truly outstanding penne in vodka sauce. The chicken dishes were good(the parm better than the marsala), the pizzas delicious, especially the buffalo, on nice hand tossed, chewy crust, but the penne was exceptional. Everyone in the group said they’d eat it again in a heartbeat, and we even considered going back some evening to eat it again. Rich, creamy sauce, nice tender pasta, and sprinkled with prosciutto or bacon for a little finishing touch. Amazing. I’d love to visit the restaurant, as this is a little incomplete when you have takeout over and over, but I would definitely order again, and it sounds like other reviewers agree.
